I didn't even make it into their store before I decided to not spend my money there. Just moved to the area, got my primary set, had her send over the script for my supplies and then required a test result. I have said result as I emailed it to my primary and told the lady at cmh I could email it her. She said no we will wait for the doctor to upload it in the system. Well when they got it and called me I had Influenza A. I was sick for over 2 weeks (still not fully recovered) and the lady left me a 3 messages over 8 days messages with the last being she was going to close the "note" because I haven't got back to them. Everyone knows the crud of several varieties is making the rounds in the entire state! I told my husband I would rather buy the supplies online and submit to our insurance myself versus going to these pushy people.

I was treated like a criminal when the lady screwed up and sent me two Cpap mask and then called me over thanksgiving holiday and demanded I tell her a exact time I was going to bring it back when I just told her that I had a appointment this week and I would bring it back then because I didn’t have the gas to make two trips. She still insisted I give her an exact day! Then she threatened to bill me for the mask when it was her mistake and I gave her my word I would bring it back. So I had to make an extra trip to bolivar to bring back her mask. I was treated like a criminal and she didn’t believe me and my word! Thinking about calling her manager and telling them how I was treated! She definitely needs to brush up on her people skills

I picked up my cpap machine a few days ago. It all felt rushed and the gal spoke very loudly with the door left open. I wanted to try the mask I was sent home with before deciding to purchase. I called today to ask if I could stop by and pick up a mask and was told I needed to come in for a fitting. Why? I know what size I came home with and it is working. I can order on Amazon for less money and not have to go back into this place. No fitting just sending me what I asked for. Customer service. I will be looking to transfer to another medical supply for future purchases. And I don’t have to go in for that either.

Edited to add: I did receive a follow up call regarding this review from the administrator who was very nice. I did find, though, that I can order the same cpap machine online for $476 and my insurance is being charged $188 per month on rent to own from CMH. So I am returning it and have one ordered.

Employees at the Home Medical Equipment office have always been very easy to deal with. I used to order my supplies when they called and I needed them. However, they always sent a bunch of things that I will never need. (different size masks) I have found that I can get exactly what I need elsewhere for much less than my copay. I no longer order from CMH. I have also found it impossible to get them to stop calling every few months.

I walked in not knowing they were closing in 6 minutes. They didn't rush me and were very helpful in assisting me to choose the supplies I needed for husband recovering at home after surgery.

Needed a piece of equipment and Tammy was so nice and helpful to bring it out to the van for me and even put it together.

My husband went here to get diabetic shoes well they did all the measurements well first pair was wrong size so ordered next pair to small next pair fit yahoo but inserts are wrong size so we have made 7 trips to this place and now the inserts are to big now to order yet again I'm tried of it for sure

So I would like to say because of all the trouble we have had they r getting him another pair of shoes free of charge and a gas card for all our travels Thank u Dakota for your help it is appreciated.

I've been trying to get some diabetic shoes I went to see CMH medical my primary health care provider provided me with a prescription when I got to CMH they made me make an appointment with my doctor after I waited two and a half weeks and went to the doctor got another prescription I've been there two more times and they have yet to try to help me get my shoes this last time they instead of trying to make the time to call my clinic and help me get my boots they told me that they take care of it and I'd have to make appointment and come back later I found that rude and inconsiderate and I didn't think they really cared about my business
