I had a great experience. The office was nice, front house staff were very polite and professional, the tech and Dr, Noelle and Dr. Johnson, were both there to listen about my concerns and explain everything in a lot of detail. Because of that I understood vs some docs that push you out the door as quick as possible. It’s hard to find a practice where they’ll spend a little more time to make sure you get it all! Then we chose glasses from the store as they had a much bigger selection than places I’ve been to before.

The whole experience was amazing. I forget the doctor’s name but he was fantastic and very personable. I really wish I could remember the girls name that helped pick out my glasses however, she was probably the best person for that job. She definitely needs a raise she made sure when you left you picked the best choice of glasses possible there’s not enough good things I could say about her!

From the front desk employees, medical assistant, ophthalmologist, billing assistants and sales associates, all were kind, professional and helpful. Communication through email and text were appreciated as well. 10/10! Love everything about this office!

Greeted and helped as soon as I entered the building. Had an appointment and even though they were busy, it did not take long for them to call me to a room and immediately began my exam. When the young lady finished, she said the Dr would be with me shortly (which usually means in a while). He was there in just a few minutes and was friendly and pleasant. He proceeded to give me the chart exam. He then took me out to the next lady to pick frames, which I had brought a favorite pair I was hoping to use. No problem. Everything went smooth and I would definitely recommend.
