I was in need for care for back pain. I had never been there, and I don't live in Naples. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, They took my insurance card, gave me paperwork to fill out. When I went up to turn on the paperwork, they told me the copay amount, I paid. Sat down for no more than 4 minutes and was taken back. I was seen immediately, Dr. R listened to me completely, examined and came up with a few things to alleviate the pain. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that included a shot. Took me longer to get my medicine from the pharmacy! Great experience, don't want to have to go back, but if I had to, I wouldn't hesitate to go there.

I unfortunately use call your urgent care two times in the past year. My first experience was December 2023. I had insurance and I was forced to self-pay and it took me four months to get my money back from them. I unfortunately had to use them again in May 20 24 and again was forced to co-pay, even though I had insurance that they accepted. We are now in October 20 24 and I’m still waiting for my money back. They bill my insurance company and kept the insurance companies money as well as mine. I’ve contacted their customer service at least a dozen times and I’m continually being told that it’s in process . The care at Collier urgent care was satisfactory, but their back office and billing needs a lot of improvement.

Have used Collier Urgent Care several times over the past 5 years. I have found the Physician's to be good at diagnosing, knowledgeable, and personable. My most recent visit was to confirm (for my self) if I had bronchitis or pneumonia. (have been on a Rx from my Doctor ). AS a Retired nurse I knew bronchitis was most likely, but felt after prolonged symptoms it would be wise to get an X-ray, The Urgent Care Dr. questioned me at length, and said we need an x-ray- (without me requesting). All good-not pneumonia.
I read several reviews, and several were very bad...usually due to cost of treatment or co-pay. I have medicare and an excellent co-pay insurance. I have NEVER had to pay upfront, nor received a bill.

I went to Collier Urgent Care for what I thought might be strep throat. Jackie was very pleasant and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Mike Tanner, the PA who took care of me, went through all of my options with me so that we could decide the best course of action. Great experience overall!

We went here with our almost three year old for a liquid stitches situation. Our experience was absolutely amazing and we would not hesitate to come back here. It was clean and the staff was amazing. Special shoutout to Dr. Michael Tanner! He was absolutely excellent with our boy and made the whole appointment a lot less scary for all of us. Thank you so much!

I have been here a few times. The ladies at the front desk you very nice and helpful. Sydney was really nice and courteous and we lucked out with Christine she knew all about my trials and tribulations due to my vascular disease. I gave them a 5☆ review.
