Estuve el viernes 1 de marzo, por mis alergias, ya teneia 7 dias ynecesita medicinas, ya que mi doctor primario no trabajaba y viernes, COLLIER URGENT CARE, estoy muy agradecida con El personal desde El frondesk, enfermeras y El docto Alberto. Los recomiendo aceptan seguro.

Es muy desagradable para mi pero les digo llegué a esta oficina de emergencia con mi esposo con un dolor por músculo desgarrado,después de hacer los papeles y les aclaré que no hablaba mucho inglés nos dicen no hay problemas el médico habla español ok nos llamaron al cuarto entra la doctora y dice que nos fuéramos y buscáramos alguien que hablara bien el inglés para podernos atender ………… increíble ….. se que estamos en un país que inglés es el idioma primordial pero no atender a alguien con un dolor muy fuerte !!!!!!!

My daughter needed to see the doctor today and we are happy we chose this office, we had a very good experience. All the staff were friendly and nice. The nurse was very kind and the doctor was also kind and friendly. The doctor also spent a good amount of time talking to us and explaining everything so well. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Last but not least, the price for self pay was extremely reasonable and affordable.

It has always been a positive experience at this clinic. Today was no exception. From the warm and reassuring greeting of the receptionist to the care that I received from Amanda, Jim, and my Provider, Michele, my concerns were adressed professionally, and with kindness. Michele listened, asked good questions, ordered an x-ray which was read quickly (thank goodness nothing was broken), and she had the perfect plan of action to help me feel better quickly as well. I really recommend Collier Urgent Care at Founder's Square. Clean, efficient, professional and great providers. You can't ask for more. Thank you!

I have UHC PPO which means I should be able to be seen anywhere, like the previous insurance review the front desk didn’t want to deal with my insurance at all, they went to self pay at whopping $315.00 just to be seen by a doctor. I was so sick and it was a Saturday or I would have left. I did medical billing in Naples for over 30 years and watched healthcare turn into Wealthcare! As far as the care was concerned it was adequate and quick & the doctor was very nice. My biggest concern is for the people that are really extremely ill and can’t afford groceries nevertheless $315 to be evaluated by a doctor and given a scrip for an antibiotic. Naples is out of control! Not only can’t our 1st responders afford to live here now we won’t have access to healthcare w/o a ridiculous price to go with it. Medicare has an average reimbursement of about $175.00 for a New Patient high level of care, so you can see why they would rather get your cash and not file your insurance. If I didn’t feel so poorly I would have left, but again the care was administered and I left with a much needed prescription in hand. I will be contacting the insurance commissioner in the state of Florida to log a complaint along with United Healthcare & I urge anyone else this has happened to do the same or it will continue or get worse.

I visited this urgent care when I was sick with the flu. The wait time was very fast, which was great considering how sick I felt. Dawnyel, the RN who took care of me was very kind and attentive. I would absolutely return to this facility as not only were the staff members professional, kind, and knowledgeable, the facility itself was incredibly clean. Definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area!

I brought my 89-year-old mother in there to have the earwax cleaned out of her ears. From the moment we got there it was an unbelievably pleasant experience. From the person at the front desk, to Vashati who was the person that did the initial check-in to Dr. Dela Riva Herrera, who handled the flushing of the ears, it exceeded our expectations! She was thrilled! They’re wonderful!

The last time I had to go to Collier Urgent Care I was helped by a rude nurse Bailey. I’m glad I didn’t let that bad experience with Bailey stop me from going again. This time I had a great experience with Dawnyel! She was extremely supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. She was also quick to get me to the back and help me get out fast too. I know the next time I have to stop in this clinic I’ll be requesting Dawnyel!
