Made an appointment for my brother over a month ago! Talked to them twice to make sure. We arrived at 8 a.m. the appointment was scheduled for 8:30. We were turned away stating that there were "notes" to schedule but no one put it into the computer. Ok.... We just spent a month waiting, time and gas to get there and now we're being told he won't be seen till the 31rst.... That's almost another month! If you can not schedule and keep your appointments, how are we to trust you with our eyes? Very unprofessional to say the least!

I apologize that the spelling may be wrong but Daysha at the front desk and Mari in scheduling were both outstanding. I also forgot the name of the lady who works with Dr. Singleton. She did a great job. Dr. Singleton is impressive and kind. I felt comfortable after she explained things. Thank you to everyone there! Now…I just need to try to get an earlier appointment!

My husband has been a patient with them for years he had his appointment for this year scheduled months in advance only to be called the day of the appointment 1 hour before the scheduled time to be told we no longer accept your Medicaid insurance we will have to cancel the appointment.Very unprofessional and this isn’t our first time having a problem with them! We also had a problem with them saying he picked up his two pairs of glasses that his Medicaid paid for but he only got one from them!

My family members appointment was at 2:50. Didn't get seen until almost 4.
And proceeded to be there until 6.
Who in there right mind put preop postop and regular appointments all at the same time. I'm seeing nurses running around like chickens with Their heads cut off. Patients waiting 4 or 3 hours. I think I noticed a couple nurses lose track of a couple of patients. That is ridiculous. Oh and the best part within a Month of my family member having their preExam for this eye measure Exam Somehow the company has been sold and now is Where they are having to wait for permission to use my family members insurance. Definitely a 2 star for who's ever in charge and running that place.They do not know what they are doing.

I want to send a shout out to Ori, Dasa, and Susianna ! The Doctor too. My daughter and I both needed glasses. Ori was new and learning and did a wonderful job as I couldn't see much my eyes were dilated she graciously helped us at check out , She was pleasant and kind . Dasa at check in was super sweet and helped tremendously as I couldn't see much . Sussiana our technician was absolutely fun, working with my daughter to get the exam completed. Three all Stars ! Thank you so much for everything. Love your blue sparkles in your hair Ori!

I take my husband and neighbor here. Before my mother in law passed, I use to bring her too. Good people, excellent service, but due to over booking patients, you can be there a while. My neighbor's most recent appointment was at 2:30pm for a regular appointment and she didn't get out til 4:40pm. My husband's appointments are always a couple of hours. My mother in law's 1st appointment took 4.5hrs and not as a new patient. So when you go, expect to stay a while and bring something warm to wear. If it wasn't for a time issue, I would give them a 5☆.
