Just recently moved to Ft White from out of town. So grateful for this office! Close to home and very knowledgeable doctor and staff! Friendly service, we didn't feel rushed at all. He answered every question we had in detail! Got an appointment the same day for my teenager that was sick. Would highly recommend David!

I typically do not write reviews. However, Columbia Family Medicine deserves recognition on what extreme customer care should look like. Still cant believe the hospitality that was displayed this morning by Dr. David, Cindy and their daughter Haley. An employee (with no insurance) had a piece of steel lodged in his finger from a recent accident that wasn't work related. The employee had the hand x-rayed and the hospital directed him to a hand specialist. During a 2 week period the employee hasn't had the metal removed. The finger was swollen and appeared to have infection. I drove him to a local emergency care facility and was told they could not perform the removal of the metal. I called Columbia Family Medicine and described to Cindy our situation and she said "bring him to our office in Ft. White, Florida and they would take a look". We arrived at 10:00 am and Dr. David had the metal removed and stitched up in about 30 minutes. The care for the employee/patient was undoubtably exceptional. The employee will be back to business as usual in just a few weeks. It's the unique way we were treated and the special care and attention giving to the injury was what prompted me to write this review. Highly recommended!!!

Had a wonderful experience. It’s a family run, family practice. Doctor Davis took his time. Answered all questions. The business was extremely clean and organized. Staff was pleasant. Highly recommend.
