I had an emergency appt with Dr Billings for shingles surrounding my eye and possible conjunctivitis Dr. Billings has great interpersonal skills, making me feel calm and comfortable. She quickly evaluated my situation and gave me an accurate diagnosis Her staff called in my prescription. The good doctor also gave me a free sample of non preservative eye lube. For all the above, I not only recommend Dr. Billings, but give her a 5 Star Rating.

Met Dr Simoneau for the first time this week and liked her immensely. She is knowledgeable, professional and didn’t keep me waiting to see her. She quickly knew what was wrong with my eyes and gave me good advise.Going forward she is my go to eye specialist. I give her an A plus!

The entire experience was fabulous! The scheduling staff worked me into the schedule, and I had no waiting!!! Everyone was kind, caring, very capable and efficient. Everyone that I encountered had personality plus. I am so very impressed! Facility was nice, spacious and clean! Dr. McCracken was wonderful!!! Thank you!!

I came for a consult for surgery for what I thought would be surgery for my cataracts and glaucoma. After going through an entire and complete exam, I found out she only does cataract surgery. A complete waste of my time and money. She was very pleasant. I have been treated for years with both conditions. If I had been told she only does cataract surgery I would not have scheduled with her. I am done with Quigley.

My experience with Dr Simoneau has been excellent! I am currently in the middle of my two procedures, and everyone has been kind and professional beyond my expectations.
I would suggest, however, that someone on their team be made more available to respond to messages left. It's understandable that everyone is very busy. Still, I believe that messages should be responded to in a more timely manner.
