Had an appointment when I pulled up there were other cars there unfortunately they were just patients no one that actually worked there was there. The other patients that were there also had the same appointment time I did. This is the note that I see on the door. Nobody called. Nobody left any messages stating that. Be rescheduled again. Took off work I drove and if I would’ve been late. Not showed up I would’ve been charged. I received paperwork in the mail. It’s addressed to me as you can tell. Doesn’t have my name on it they obviously had the same appointment time at a different location. Can’t get in touch with anybody because Their phone service is every single location not just gray. Answering service has no idea what’s going on. This is unacceptable.

Update: It’s an upper management issue I was informed. But the problem was, I called several different locations and their could’ve been an automated message That said that everyone was not opening Until a certain time.

I had my first appointment after a year of not seeing a doctor…I had an appointment 43 days ago…I came in discussed my mental health and that I was struggling with some things. I show up and am told I’m sorry you’ll have to see the psychiatrist for an evaluation. Cool, when will that be? 25 days after your first appointment…we will just draw your labs today….25 days later I show up for my evaluation, not a word from the doctor about my labs (there were a few concerns even noted on my labs, but no doctor was concerned enough to follow up) I am now 43 days out from receiving ANY help…I have been waiting on a prior authorization for two weeks now…that every time I call to check on…it has to be resent because no one has received it. I have watched so many people lose the battle trying to get help. You all should be ashamed of yourselves…just because someone has Medicaid doesn’t mean they deserve any less treatment than someone walking in paying cash or with a decent insurance…this is absolutely ridiculous. Here I am a mother of 4 in the dead of summer with a spouse that works full time and as much call back as he can for the fire department…and all I did was ask for a little help…but I’m taken as a joke to you all. You should be ashamed to play with someone’s mental health when they are already struggling. Do better as a “community” to help instead of making this impossible to heal from. Just because you remodeled the building doesn’t mean you get to give up on the patients when y’all got something decent to finally work with. I am a fed up mama still waiting to get the help I deserve.

The front staff is awesome! The PA , and Doctor are friendly but The appointments are far out, they will cancel with little to no warning, and if you are experiencing an emergency of any kind just go to the Med fast or ER! And if you do have to go somewhere else for care and you use their pharmacy they will not fill it!! Looking for a new Office as I type this!! I have been waiting for a callback, email, or phone call for the last week after a hospital visit!!

Dr Watts is a great doctor and his assistant love her also but what I hate the most is no one ever answers the phone I think that is so crazy that you can never speak with anyone can't make an appointment can't ask questions I don't live in gray so driving up to ask a question is wasting my time I just think they should answer calls at all times then when you leave a voicemail it be days before they return my call why not same day call back

The best doctors and staff you will ever meet. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I recommend them to everyone! If you are uninsured, there’s a sliding scale fee so no worries that you won’t get the help you need.
2022 update
The office staff is still AMAZING but its been struggling with the doctors since Dr Denny left. Hoping we get a new doctor that can prescribe our meds & will actually do it 🙂

The office staff and lab staff are extremely friendly and professional. They alway make me and my family feel comfortable. Wait times can sometimes be long but for the most part your seen within 15 minutes of arrival.

The main reason for my 5 star review is for the pediatrician. Dr. Nekki as we call her, is amazing. She truly cares about hers patients. Both of my Daughters love her. I can not say enough good things about her. Patient care is above and beyond what we have ever experienced. She always takes time to make sure you understand her recommendations, treatments and care plan. She talks to your children and not at them and ensures they feel comfortable and at ease while visiting.
My eldest is 15 years old and this is the first pediatrician she has had that when she leaves the office she actually feels good about herself.

I can not recommend her enough. Amazing Dr. Which is a very rare find these days.

The only reason they got one star so I can write other then that they wouldn’t get that they don’t like to answer the phones they don’t respond to messages I had to stay on they behind about my mothers medicine and my mom is diabetic and I do not play about her I only got one and I’m gone make sure she good until she leaves me

Went in as a new patient, had a issue with the skin on my hands, told me they would run tests to find out what was going on and in the meantime said to use a cream they would prescribe. It was not prescribed it literally is just hand cream that doesn’t really work. Week later got a call saying couldn’t find anything and to use the cream.They charged me my copay for a 3 minute phone call. So not only did I have to fix my own health problem I had to pay money for a phone call.
