The schedulers are idiots. I made an appointment for a filling that had already been discussed, and I mentioned that I also had some pain with the tooth. So instead they give me an appointment for just a pain evaluation? Doc shined a light in my mouth and sent me on my way. I had left work early for that. Great. Now today, after coming in weeks after scheduling two appointments on the same day, for a filling and a cleaning, they tell me I can only do one or the other because they scheduled the filling before the cleaning which was gonna mess up the filling. Cuz that's logical right? Unbelievable, I'm done with this place

Very frustrating. They refuse to perform cleaning and check up at same time, which is especially hard now that parents aren't allowed to bring children. Instead of going to one appointment like most places, you have to make 2. I made an appointment and specifically asked to schedule for when I could do both at the same time because of issues with scheduling childcare and work. They said I could do both and I waited longer for the appointed thinking I could do both. When I got there They xrayed my teeth and the dentist checked them, but they didn't clean them. I wouldn't even have scheduled an appointment there if I knew they wouldn't do both, they told me they could.

This was not my favorite place to go because they never told me when the were working on my teeth and I ended up crying because of it. I have Autism and I hate loud noise and it hurt my ears. Not good at all so they were not very nice and can't go anywhere because of my health insurance. It only covers that place.
