I’m sad to write this review because we’ve only raved about this pharmacy and staff for the last two years and even though we moved to Palm Desert it was still worth going to them. But, today I was met with rude and indifferent service by not only the person that answered the phone, but by Kevin the manager when he felt the need to baselessly defend her behavior. I had the nerve to ask if our prescription was ready and if not what time it would be. The answers were “it should be”, we’re really busy” and “probably” in an annoyed tone. She had zero interest in helping customers in a friendly fashion and I seemed to be bugging her. We had our prescriptions transferred to the Palm Desert Walgreens. It’s not worth the drive for this new service model.

This pharmacy’s staff started off incredibly fast, professional, and polite—what happened of late? Now we’re getting nothing but snippy, rude, and sarcastic service—change of management or staff turnover? At this time last year my review would have been 5 stars!

To say that they make my life better would be an understatement. There's no pharmacy as good as this one. Efficient, responsive service goes beyond expectations. That the staff treats you like a valued friend is just the beginning. The caring they show without fail is truly the icing on the cake. Transferred all my prescriptions to Community and at Community they will stay.

When I opened the Walgreen’s app to make an appointment for the Covid-19 booster shot (Pfizer), the only appointments available nearby were at a Walgreen’s at 555 S Sunrise Way. I had no idea there was a Walgreen’s in that location.

When the day arrived I drove to the shopping center and had a hard time locating the Walgreen’s. It’s next to a dry cleaner’s and an H and R Block - and the Walgreen’s sign isn’t visible from your car as it’s not above the entrance.

This Walgreen’s Community RX Center is a small limited service branch of Walgreen’s Pharmacy. They dispense medications and inoculate people with vaccines and flu shots.

Everyone was very nice and the booster shot was given efficiently and quickly by an incredibly nice and friendly pharmacy technician. It was a good experience. If you go there - tell ‘em Roy sent you!

My Absolute favorite pharmacy!! They go WAYYYYY above and just make my day each and everytime I go in. The best part of living in the area is this place by far! Anytime I have any questions or concerns they make sure I get the right answers!
