It's a nightmare trying to get a hold of your doctors nurse for refills. Your better off waiting for the next appointment to be honest. I do not know why the nurse is never answer their phones but they don't. I've been going here for almost 2 years and it's not changed much in that department. I am consistently going through withdrawals because of running out of medication. And not being able to get in on time. Whoever decides how to run this office needs fired.

First this doesn't reflect on the care I receive from the staff but how the system is ran.I love my Case worker and psychiatrist. I don't understand why they can't set an appointment to get you in the system instead of making you wait HOURS AND HOURS in open access to get squeezed in.
It's the only reason I held back on getting my kids in dreading the day long waiting room event! My kids sleeping. Been here since 11 am. It's now 2:30.

The entire staff has been helpful and kind. The receptionist on the first floor is amazing. She is patient and takes time to make sure you feel seen and heard.

Compass has been a great experience for me since I began going back in March, and I have most services all in the same location, which has been a life saver for me.

My PCM does not offer med management services for a diagnosis I have and recommended compass health in Raymore. I spent 3 hours at open access and was told in order to receive med management I would have to attend therapy. I agreed and scheduled therapy 2 weeks out and psych 1 month out.

Fast forward 2 weeks to my therapy appointment and when the Psychologist asked what my goals were I explained that I didn't feel I needed therapy and mostly in need of med management. We discussed and she agreed based on my intake scores and past history that I could be "discharged" from therapy and recommended for med management only. I told her I was open to keeping therapy services so I could receive the meds I need if it was required. She told me therapy was NOT a requirement for those services.

Two days later I received a missed call and voicemail while at work from reception stating that I DID have to attend therapy and because I was discharged from therapy I could not receive psychiatric services. They instructed me to call if I changed my mind -- which I did immediately after work.

They had already cancelled my appointment!

I did everything the "right" way and thought I was in the clear. My case has been totally mishandled and I was given incorrect/ conflicting information from all parties including intake, reception, and a licensed psychologist. Now I am back at square 1 after investing hours and weeks of waiting. I was told in order to "get back" my services and schedule I will have to go through open access AGAIN. What a joke!!!

The psychiatrist that my child sees is excellent. However, the counselor has not been at all helpful. Canceled appointments without notification; did not return phone calls when I called with urgent issues; listened, but did not provide steps/suggestions for us to work on toward making progress.

This place at Compass Health is great! All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been going there since it opened. I have sensitive teeth and my gums are receding. Chelsea is super nice! She makes sure she takes care of my teeth. Dr. Hyman (not sure if I spelled that right) is great! If I have an emergency, they get me in quickly. All staff and Doctors are very helpful and they explain things to me so I understand. I recommend Compass Health Dental to anyone!
