Complete Family Eye Care is truly amazing and full of the kindest and genuinely caring people. From the moment i walked in i was greeted warmly by both the glasses people and the front desk staff, creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere that is filled with people who know their stuff and go above and beyond to help you understand everything. Kudos to the front desk ladies that are an absolute delight and full of so much personality. A special shoutout to the two beautiful young women up front katalina for explaining everything so well and going above and beyond with patience and Samantha was also beyond helpful and put much effort to work me in and find my insurance. Those two were a joyful pair .Lovely place!

Awful experience. I’ve worn contacts for 24 years. Met with a tech- didn’t ask me to take my contacts out to do any of the prelim tests. First red flag. Came back to meet with optometrist, actually liked him…but apparently he didn’t write down what he told me AND GAVE ME TO TRIAL as a prescription. Ordered glasses. Trialed prescription. Return to pick up glasses- gave me someone else’s order. Second red flag. Go to order the prescription I liked best- different in each eye. Which dr gave me 3 contacts to try- Dr is now arguing with me about what he gave me and told me to do. Third red flag. Why in my right mind would I want to order something incorrect? Unbelievable experience. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!

In June 2023 I went to Complete Family Eye Care to have my eyes examined and update my eye glasses. I ordered progressive vision and chose to reuse my old metal frame (see photo attached). On 6/19 I picked up my glasses they made using my old frame I provided to them, at the cost of $533. I paid it even though it seemed a bit high since I didn’t purchase their frame. Shortly after i started using my new glasses I noticed I could not read books or cell phone. But I just lived with that, as Dr. Zaid told me it is ok if I feel I need to remove my glasses to see close ups. So I never went back to them about it. In Aug 2023 we moved to our new home in Griffin. A year later, I found my new eye doctor in Griffin and went have my annual eye exam on 8/23/2024, my eye examiner Amiya took a look at my glasses, and realized my glasses are actually single vision, not progressive! I was shocked! So she went and double checked with the eye doctor Leiv Takle Jr. who confirmed it’s true. Now I understand why the whole time I could not see close up! So I called Complete Family Eyecare, Elizabeth the optician answered and agreed for me to go to their office the following day to check them out. On Saturday 8/24/2024 my husband and I drove 74 miles to their office. Elizabeth took a look at my glasses and admitted they are single vision. Then she said that this was not the pair made by them! She said their file shows they made me a pair with a frame that requires drill in, and it’s a gold frame, while mine is actually silver, which I got in Canada many years ago. So I said I never ordered new frame, could this file be a mess up? Her manager Chris Jones denied they made any mistake without any investigation and said that I must have brought another pair of my old glasses and that I was hiding the good pair they made, indicating I was scamming them! They flat out called me a liar and refused to do anything! But I know the truth: my glasses were not made with progressive vision but I paid for it plus the cost for drill in which never happened. My frame is bottomless and requires simple wiring which is definitely cheaper to install.

I have been going to Complete Family Eyecare for many years. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The doctors are great. They have a nice selection of frames. Complete Family Eyecare genuinely cares about their patients and wellbeing.

We always look forward to our annual eye checkups at Complete Family Eyecare. The whole office staff are so friendly and professional and we love the doctors too! This time we saw Dr Baylord, he spent a lot of time with us and it was great catching up with him as we have been going there for 20 years.

Unprofessional. Awful experience. From getting the wrong order to the optometrist not writing down my prescription and then telling me I was wrong. I don’t think anyone wants to spend hundreds of dollars on the wrong prescription…I am not an idiot and I know what was given to me to try and what worked.
