Dr. Melendez-Torres is an excellent and very caring Dr. She pays attention to details on all of my visits or labs. She keeps herself available to you when ever you need to see her before your next visit. You can't ask for better care than that. Her techs are very helpful and friendly. Front desk personnel are great. They answer any questions you may have.

I truly enjoy the doctors and staff here! Everyone is super helpful and extremely polite, I’ve had to make last minute scheduling changes and they’ve always been able to accommodate me. I’ve seen multiple doctors at this practice but Kristen is my main and she is wonderful. I just met with Dr.Feldman for the first time and he was just as great as the others. Highly recommend!!!

Had my first primary dr visit with Dr Feldman today since moving to FL and it was nice because I was able to list my needs and he ordered lab work right away, scheduled my annual, scheduled a sleep study I can do at home which is cool, and he sent my prescriptions right away to my pharmacy. He listens and gets down to it with your concerns and gives instant plans to help. Glad my insurance assigned him to me.

If I could give negative stars I WOULD. This office is the worst. So unorganized and so rude. They made an appointment for my mother and when my mom goes in for her appointment, they do not have the injection needed for her. Thy never even ordered it. I was told the week before the injection was there and even the morning of her appointment. Now they say they won't give it to her. I was also told I would receive a phone call "immediately" from the office manager Caitlyn but never did. The MA was extremely rude and acted as if it was our fault, but could not answer why did we have an appointment for an injection, when the injection was never ordered After speaking to 6 people there is still no answer. For some reason Ambilify is not able to be administered even though we were told and given an appointment for it...Complete joke. This office should be embarrassed.

If you're new to the area or just moved from another state dr.Melinda-Torres is without a doubt the most dedicated doctor for you. She goes above and beyond believe I know. I'm so grateful I have her as my primary doctor.

Dr. Melendez is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had. She’s very calm and is a great listener. She’s very compassionate. I had her as dr. In 2015 through 2017. Now again in 2023 until current.
