This place is a 10/10!! Greeted by the front desk staff who were nothing but friendly and welcoming to my Dad and I. Mary made the check in process super smooth. She provided us with all resources we need for my dad to establish care. We appreciate her kindness during our first time visit. Emily the MA along with Samantha Torres, PA treated my dad very well. Samantha was very knowledgeable and listened to my dad’s every concern.

Such an amazing and clean office. We recommend them to anyone looking for a hospitable setting for their healthcare needs.

Long story short, I asked if they took my insurance when I went in to make an appointment. I was assured they did. The day after my appointment I went in to get blood work, they told me at that time they do not accept my insurance as a primary and they can’t see me. I should add, they also sent my prescriptions from the first appointment to two different places.

I am continually disappointed by this office. Today my daughter had a follow up appointment from an emergency surgery she needed last month. She had been scheduled lab work for last week and her doctor’s appointment today. When we got here this morning I was told her appointment was canceled. No one called me and no clue why it was canceled. On numerous occasions I’ve called in to get appointments when myself or my daughter was very sick. All I can do is leave a message with their call center and I rarely get a call back from the office. Twice I’ve resorted to just taking my daughter to a local urgent care center to get care. They advertise that you can get a same day appointment and even if you call first thing in the morning, it’s virtually impossible to get a same day appointment. They are constantly canceling Lab appointments because they don’t have anyone to take your lab work. We had to scramble to find a lab that had available appointments for last week, so we’d be ready for today’s appointment. Then to show up today with no doctors appointment.

This center is phenomenal!! From the front desk receptionist who greets you upon entering by your name to the wonderful caring Doctor's at this location. And best of all you can see a Dr here on the same day. No need to visit Urgent Care or the ER!! Keep up the good work. I appreciate you all at this office!

Dr. Lopez is an exceptional physician.
He was very compassionate and patient with my husband. He listened intently to his needs and was able to put together a great medical plan for him.

Everyone is really nice here. The staff is very friendly. I am really pleased with Dr. Jenet George. I lived in PA all my life with the same doctor for many years. Moved to Florida and felt lost without my doctor. I believe my mission to find a doctor is over. I am very pleased with Dr. George. She listens intently. She doesn't rush you through the visit. The staff are very accommodating and kind. I went into the office with a list and the doctor and her staff addressed every item on my list. I am very pleased and content with this entire staff.

I received prompt attention from the nurse. She was and is always very sweet and nice. I didn't wait long for Dr. George. As usual, she was very nice, listened to me, asked appropriate questions, and had answers to my questions. I have no complaints! Also, I love Maureen at the front desk.

Everyone is so caring and helpful. You're not just a number. They really take time with you and listen. I so Love this place and The staff. They have many patients they see but the remember who you are. Awesome. Highly recommend if you need a doctor check them out.
