We just moved to Ojai, partner was born here and spoke about Corner Market from long ago. Everyone I’ve talked to mentioned the meat counter, the sandwiches, and the beef jerky specifically.
First trip in we bought a seasoned Tri Tip and it was delicious! It was trimmed perfectly, the seasoning was on point, without being overly salty, and the meat quality was top notch.
People have mentioned the market being overpriced, but meat could t is not. The The Tri Tip price is on par with Von’s and only $0.50/lb more than Costco, so this is where we will buy ours.
Definitely going back to try the beef jerky’s and sandwiches.
The only picture I got of the Tri Tip is the nachos we made with the leftover bit.
Highly recommend!
Also won $100 on the $1 scratchers we bought, so that’s another em reason to go back.

They have everything in this store! For kids AND adults! ? the man is very friendly! They have all you can think of in this store from meats, chicken, food, ice cream, beer, drinks, firewood etc etc. And it's on the way up to lake casitas and the water park! ?

It's always great to go back and visit the Corner Market . When my kids , nephews , and neighbors Kiddo's used to get bored , we would take that mile walk to the Corner Market to get a cold fountain drink and Jerky ?. Now, no one lives over there in Oak View anymore. All the Kiddo's are grown up with Kiddo's of their own . So it's a treat when my daughter takes me to the Corner Market now .

Impressed by the impeccably clean and well-lit store. All labels neatly arranged, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. A wide array of options, especially for campers seeking supplies, food, snacks, or spirits. The versatile deli offers everything from fresh sandwiches to tomahawk steaks for grilling enthusiasts. Not only serving the local neighborhood but also catering to camping travelers heading to the nearby lake. This place rocks!

perfect if you're headed up to lake casitas .excellent liquor and wine selection.
They also have a great beer and wine selection there . homemade beef jerky secret recipe is made on premas and with a with a great butcher shop.

This liquorstore has everything. They have camping stuff for Lake Casitas and all the other necessities. This store even has a well stocked butcher shop with good-looking meat and award winning beef jerky. Helpful, friendly, and wonderful store.

Our little family tradition to stop here on our way home from Lake Casitas. They have a great selection of ice cream, snacks, and killer Beef Jerky. Cashier was not friendly at All, Hi and thank you are just basic customer service skills..just saying

Great little store with a deli/butcher section. Has most of your camping or fishing needs. Keep in mind that you're not at Costco or Wal-Mart.
This is a mom and pop type store off the beaten path trying to make a living, so don't be surprised if you have to pay a little more for your items.
I personally appreciate them being out here!?
