I used Cox for several years with no problems until they recently started using a rip off supplier named Medline. They started sending junk supplies that I did not order and refused to send what I did order. They even claimed to have sent supplies that they did not send and still fraudulently billed medicare and my insurance. I still have a pile of Medline garbage supplies that they were supposed to have someone pick up. Absolutely the worst company ever for medical supplies.

Not sure why anyone would do business with these people, can't get anybody that can do anything for you on the phone. I'm pretty sure they don't want new customers, guessing they're paid by the hour and don't want any more work. Not sure if anybody is managing this place, but if so I'm sure they enjoy their long lunches. Wish there was an option lower than one star.

Needed to get a replacement on my CPAP mask around 01/15/24... it's now 08/06/24 and I do not have a replacement for my RECALLED mask. You are better off going to Amazon and guessing.

I have had horrible experiences with this company. There have been so many people I have spoken to and could not get information. A used CPAP was on hold yet I couldn't get anyone to set up the training. I had to drive there to get help. Then, the machine was registered to someone else. Another employee said Resmed had to fix this. Wrong. Then, I wanted to get my detailed reports. One did send me 2 days of this. However today, a supervisor said no. I can't have these and needed to contact Resmed and have them address this. (I did call and they said I absolutely should be able to be given copies of my detailed reports). I recommend using a different company.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with home medical. A new wheel chair is needed for my husband. We went thru our doctor and got all the paperwork done. Was called to pick the wheelchair up. Was told when I got there it said my house was not wheelchair friendly. So it would have to be self pay. 253.00 a month.We have a ramp into the garage and my husband is either in bed or the wheelchair. I was so disappointed because his is worn out. He only sits in his wheel chair and his has gotten very uncomfortable. The people working there were very rude. We have 2 insurances and have not had to pay for a wheelchair. They just didn't care. If you are going to work where they sell things that humans need to survive, have some compassion

I have made it crystal clear, dozens of times over the past 5 years, that I DO NOT want them to call me every month trying to sell me more CPAP supplies.
I made my email available to them. I patiently explained each time why a call at 8:30 am is not welcomed.
Today was the last straw. This the 3rd day IN A ROW that I was called by their salespeople and awakened at 8:30am.
I have blocked the number, and will find another supplier.

I gave one star because you have to give them something to even post. Do not use this company for any home health supplies. I have been trying to get information on a Cpap order and you never speak to a person always get a voice mail. The said voice mail states they will call you back within 24 hours never get called back. They do not keep you updated on your Oder. DO NOT USE these people. If you have to order on line or from another company do so.

Second time now I've been billed hundreds of dollars for items I did not receive. Be sure to check the delivery ticket before signing. When you point out the error, don't let them draw a line through the printed ticket and make the change with a pen. MAKE THEM PRINT A NEW TICKET!!! When I tried to explain the front desk lady, who is different every time, she was very unhelpful. When I asked for them to get the updated ticket was told they don't keep those. So now I'm using a year old CPAP mask that is not functioning and cannot get it replaced because my insurance was billed for one erroneously. No offer to speak with the person who helped me then. No offer to help in any other way, because they have a signed ticket showing they provided it. The first time it happened I gave the benefit of the doubt, the second time is on me for assuming it would go differently. I'll be looking for a new CPAP supply provider. I've been billed $430 for items I did not receive. I really hope I have that updated ticket laying around. As far as I'm concerned it is insurance fraud.
