In the beginning they were kind and professional. Then one day a female pharmacist yelled out my name and prescriptions in front of Approx 10 people. This is a HIPPA violation and was incredibly embarrassing. We discretely sent an email to Fred to prevent this from happening again. Then began an excessive blame game full of drama. We began to be treated differently. Finally, one day, Fred and Dr. Richards, whom had worked together for decades, decided they’d both say I had my meds filled early. This is not possible. The Dr, the pharmacist, and the insurance company control the fill dates, NOT ME! Crawford also allows you to pick up your Xanax three days early, instead of GA’s two day rule. I learned this the hard way as their own policy was used against me unknowingly. The pharmacy consistently miss counted medications. They would misread the prescription and argue with you. They were not aware of specific laws on fills, making us leave to go to Kroger, who always got it right. Crawford had many billing errors. They blamed this on the kids not knowing how the system works 🤦‍♂️. Finally, we learned of Fred’s magical elixir, codeine cough syrup sold over the counter and very discreetly. We learned of this from a patient in line. Without their words we would’ve never known this. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO A PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY AND AVOIDING THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR.

Friendly courteous service. Good variety of medical equipment and supplies. Gift section is my favorite and the biggest reason I shopped here, especially for kids gifts. I did have a few prescriptions filled here when usual pharmacy was out of my medication and was satisfied with the experience. Insurance is the reason I am not a regular pharmacy customer.

Small businesses are the way to go. Quick recap. I normally use a chain pharmacy. Well they were out of the med I needed and extremely rude to me, so I looked up pharmacy. Did not even know about Crawford Long Pharmacy but glad I found them. Quick prompt service. Great people, answered all questions I had. Check them out and you will never switch back!

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! Customer service here is second to none! I can’t tell you how many times Mr. Gurley (Fred) has come to our rescue! He truly loves his customers and it’s not just work for him. He has a servants heart and it just spills over into everything he does. If you’re looking for personalized service and being treated like a valued customer...this is your pharmacy!! Call them! Switch all of your prescriptions to them! You’ll be so glad you did!!

Perfect in every way. Great service, fast and efficient. My insurance last year forced me to the CVS, and while they were nice, I always had to wait in line to pick up already filled prescriptions, and they bombarded my email with advertisements. I deliberately changed my insurance so I could come back "home" to Crawford W. Long Pharmacy.

Very familiar oriented. Our kids love being able to go in and play with the toys set up in the front window. Staff is always so friendly and helpful! So glad we made the switch to a family owned business rather than the big chain retail stores.
