I went in there today. My first time and I need 3 nails fix. Ed I told the lady I wanted these 3 nails fixed and they started. Doing something totally different and they messed my nails up so I said. How much it would be to get a full set? And they said $55, and then when I left it was 66. They, they chase the price on me 3 times I would not come here ever again at the worst experience ever beware.

I’ve had acrylic nails for a few months done at Palace. When I went back for a fill in I mentioned that my nails were getting thicker each time I had a fill in. The technician became argumentative saying “oh no they don’t get thicker”. She could have simply said she would try to keep them thinner and smooth. Also they charge a different price each time I go. Never again.

They did an excellent job. My nail tech paid so much attention to detail and asked me my thoughts throughout the entire process. She was very sweet and put so much effort into my service. 10/10, will be returning

We came into this shop 20 minutes before closing by accident I thought I went to the place I called.. I realized I was not at the salon I called to get my girls nails done however Phe said it’s okay and got my girls in. Not only did he stay open an hour later for me but he did a awesome job on my daughters nails and the other gentlemen did a awesome job on my other daughters nails. Everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed coming here. I feel sorry it was right before closing but I definitely don’t regret using this place and will for sure be back 🙂 thank you so much again for the kindness.

My mom was in town visiting so we decided to get our nails done, this was our first time to this salon.My mom wanted a basic French manicure on her nails with regular polish. She got an older lady who tried talking her up into getting gel polish my mom didn’t want gel this time because gel messes up her regular nails she stated that to the lady after my mom told her why she didn’t want gel from then on the lady was completely rude didn’t listen to anything my mom told her, she rushed my mom, my mom told her a few of her nails were crooked and not even and the lady wanted to argue and told her they were fine when my mom showed me her nails I asked the girl I got to fix them and she went to the lady my mom got and told her I guess what we were asking her to do so the lady came over giving evil eyes over her mask she didn’t clean my moms nails up she has some that are not even and they need another coat of clear on top because they are rough to the touch. The girl I got was very quick and she made sure my nails were evenly filed but due to the way the lady treated my mom we will not be back! She was very unprofessional. The ONLY reason I gave it a two instead of a 1 is because my girl did a good job! I would NOT recommend this place! I wish I would’ve got a picture before we fixed them ourselves.

This place was in readily disappointing. I got my nails done today by the older gentleman who was SASSY. I was sat down and given a bowel of acetone to soap off the dip that’s on my nails. After 15 minutes of soaking me asked if I picked my color. Never been here before and wasn’t shown where the colors were…he signed then turned to the other lady and said something. She looked at me and laughed then when I gave her a funny look she said oh no don’t worry we are not talking about you…ok sure. The man who did my nails go so snippy with me when I was checking them out and when I saw chunks of dip left on he said don’t worry I’ll get it and smooth it out. I said okay. I saw a hair in my nails so before it was cured he said I told you I’d get it don’t worry about it. Okayyyyy. This man filed my nails down SO MUCH! They’re incredibly brittle, chunky and uneven! I didn’t tip. I just paid and ran. This was such a sad service I won’t be going back…

If I could give them no stars I would. I’m not one to post negative reviews on family owned businesses but this was flat out a waste of my money. I came into this nail salon on Tuesday roughly around 5pm to get a full set. I had left with a full set of uneven nails and uneven acrylic application. I paid and left because they were about to close. I come back the next day which would be Wednesday I called to ask if they could fix it and they did but the whole time I was there Phe was denying what he did and that he never would’ve had nails significantly shorter than the rest. Now it’s Sunday and the gel application is starting to chip. Don’t waste your time.
