I was just at the Ferguson location at 8:52am. The location is supposed to be open, but the doors was locked and no one was inside. There were also workers trying to get inside to do work on the building. They also couldn't get inside because no one was there. What business does this? I'm not trying to be a "Karen", but this is unacceptable. I was just there to pick up my daughters glasses and was schedule to do so.

I absolutely loved my experience with Crown Vision! Dr. Leslie Kinder was very patient, kind, professional and funny. Her staff were also very kind, funny, informative & treat you just like family. Tamicha, Rosalyn & Michael are exceptional at their jobs..I will definitely be returning and recommending Crown Vision to my family & friends!

I was just at crown vision and I got into a argument with a staff that was very unprofessional!! She told me that she had seen.me before but I told her no she did not and we got into a argument which another customer took her into the room...she had a whole attitude and I did as well! I do not know if I will ever go back there for anything

The staff is friendly, professional people. I absolutely enjoy every visit with them. You are never not smiling or laughing with the staff. My boys love getting their eye exams, I never have to prep talk them because they are excellent with their customers.
