To kick things off, I received a voice mail on a Thursday night after work saying my 3 appointments would be canceled if I didn't confirm by 5pm. Ok I work sorry I didn't answer the phone. I sent them a message on Friday morning and they replied with the most unprofessional email I've ever received. But the appointments were still booked so we all went. Upon arrival the receptionist was telling a customer how crappy his place of business was. He had on a work shirt and she was just hammering how horrible it was. Rude but ok not my business. She proceeds to tell us to get our insurance out and take a seat. Customer leaves and she begins talking to other employees. Another employee sprays down everywhere the previous customer was with lysol. Rude again but ok whatever. Receptionist is playing on her cell phone by now. We get up and start looking at frames while we wait. 15 minutes later another family comes in and the receptionist starts checking them in. We all look at her and I start towards the door. She just says "Sorry, we can still get you" No thank you. I'll book someplace else with better customer service. Just a terrible experience all the way around. I should have read the reviews before going.

Upon my 1st visit to crown vision , I was greeted by two very professional ladies with huge smiles. I wanted to give a huge shout out to them for their professionalism and kindness. Their names were Tasha & Malika. Crown Vision, you have the best greeters and workers. Even the staff in the back were great, can’t remember their names but thank you all for making my first eye doctor appointment so welcoming!

If I could rate this place a zero I would! The Doctor that we saw was sweet as can be last yr. The issues continue to lie with the receptionist! She is the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever came in contact with. My son broke 2 pairs of glasses once typically at a good practice you bring them in & they have no problem fixing this w/ a smile. We simply needed to switch over one good arm to the other identical pair of glasses & she sighed, threw a fit & argued that it wouldn't fix it.. low & behold it fixed it.. fast fwd. I have been getting hounded w/ emails to schedule online. So I schedule online take off from work take my 2 little kids & low & behold she's the receptionist again.. in the most unprofessional way possible w/ major attitude.. I don't have him on the books, I canceled these appointment yesterday & called you. No mam while i did call & leave a voicemail myself with the office to confirm the appointment i absolutely did not receive a call back from you only an email confirming the appointment. Continuing in her rudeness well I canceled these & you must have made an appointment after I canceled them.. well first of all 'im thinking in my opinion" do your job! If you cancel an appointment that can't be refilled then block off the opening. Then she has the nerve to say the next appointment is not till Jan. & I can try to get an opening online before then! Ya right like I will ever book online again to arrive w/ the same problem nor will i ever consider coming back.. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. We will go somewhere else that takes pride in delivering good customer service!

The ladies there are amazing! They really are trying to work hard to get you seen. My son and I love this place.
