It was my first time getting contacts yesterday and the Doctor and staff are always welcoming and very helpful. It’s not a scary experience at all it was actually very comfortable!! I recommend coming to this optometry to get contacts(and glasses too!). They teach you how to put them on and taking them off as well.

Absolutely horrible, from their lack or communication, delay in time of when frames are available to just simply writing out orders correctly. Their business hrs are laughable open from M,-F 9 to 5:30 so if you work like most do you can never catch them without having to take off work. They are not open at least one day on the weekend. And when you do show they don't have your order ready as promised. The doctor is not helpful but insist you buy something that's pretty much the only time she will speak with you. The ladies who work there I belive have no optical knowledge they are just there to take orders and pressure you to buy something. Bought some frames that didn't even last 2 months do to a malfunction with the frames they were insisting I buy a new set, stating it was my fault for the breakage. I have been wearing glasses all my life and have never had a pair of frames fall apart in 2 months. Not once did they take into consideration of the warranty. Ask to speak with the office manager and never received a call, after repeated request and several trips there. I highly suggest looking else where for your optical needs.
