The Cubitts SoHo store is fantastic. The store itself is small, but they have a wide variety of different frames, and the turnaround time once you place the order is quick. The staff - shoutout to Cynthia and Will! - could not been more helpful in finding me the right pair of frames and tuning the pair I had brought in. I’ve just purchased my second pair of Cubitts frames and look forward to going back for the third soon! The quality of the lenses and frames have been excellent.

Amazing experience. Lottie is a star. Great made-to-wear selections, custom and bespoke options too. The Zeiss got us in the door but we what really got us was the customer service and product offerings in the end.

Absolutely over the moon with my new pair of "spectacles." Their collection isn't huge but their frames come in different sizes. AND you can get custom nose pads free of charge - a super plus for someone with a low nose bridge.

I Saw this brand in London at one of the stores there they told me about the new York ones. Two employees were there Cindy and a tall guy. Cindy was on her phone when I came in we got to talking about my union and she starts going on about how she likes Trump What does that have to do with glasses AND IN SOHO? I was ready to order the a frame picked out from London. But i got out of there as quick as I could. To his credit the other one there seemed mortified- buddy so was I!!!!!!
