Customer service was not what was expected out of a business that has been around as long as it has. Wasn't interested in helping me with a ringgear issue and sent me on my way.

Great service. Friendly staff. Mark is the best. If you need a new mower, this is the place. They take care of you. No pushey sales tactics. If you have a warranty issue with a mower, they handle it for you. I will always use them for my lawnmower parts and needs. The bad boy mower i bought had been great, better than the gravely i used to own, largely due to the service i get here. Cullens is great. I used to go to meyers equipment but got tired of the poor rude service. .

Always helpful and quick with repairs. They have several product lines, but when it comes to the best lawnmower, grab yourself a Bad Boy. Andy Cullen and staff will always treat you right.

Bought a new Bad Boy Rogue from them. Belt won't stay on they Jerry rigged it & it still won't stay on. Mower only has 225hours has been in the shop 6 times for the same problem . Now they to charge me for belts but it is supposed to have warranty until 300 hrs.

Went here looking for a particular brand weed eater which they didn't carry. They had an awful lot of stuff I didn't need though. People were friendly I'd go back if I thought they had something I needed.
