My husband and I moved here from New York during Covid and bought our dream home in SSI, GA. The water here is not good quality, so I contacted Culligan after my neighbor recommended them. Paul was very thorough in explaining why the water was so bad here and even arranged easy financing options. My skin and hair now feel so much better again. So very happy with our new Culligan Water System. Paul Lloyd was our sales person and he was very professional and very knowledgeable and did a very impressive demonstration. The taste of the water is exceptional, better and cleaner and safer than any drinking water I’ve had from any faucet or even bottled water. The whole house system Has made a huge improvement on the dermatitis on my skin. I would highly recommend this whole system to everyone.

$189 for a service call to test my current filtration reverse osmosis system and then looked at the softener after I begged him just to check it. Said it was out of scope of their service. Am still having issue with water quality. He said it was the propane water heater, the plumber says it's the water softener. Regardless $189 is far too much for a 10 minute service call
