This is a nice store. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The store is also aesthetically pleasant. The area can be a little rough around the edges, but I’ve never had any issues and I’m a single female…so just try not to go at night. There’s always parking and never a wait that I’ve experienced- Efficient. I always come to this location. A+

Abysmal customer service with terrible corporate policy. Do not shop here by any means. I called the Curaleaf phone number (which does not give you an option to speak to somebody in a physical store location, rather a call center) and I asked specifically what oil was in the Elite Cliq cartridge, because I wanted live resin. The representative on the phone assures me that the product I'm looking at online is in fact, live resin. I place my order for pickup and think nothing of it. After picking up my purchase I go home, open one of the pods and begin to use it and notice it is actually not live resin. No problem, I'll just go back to the store and return it. I go back to the store, and I am told because the items technically have nothing wrong with them, they are not defective and cannot be returned. Even though I was essentially lied to, or given information by an ignorant party. I could have gone out into the parking lot, opened the packages, came back in and said they didn't work and got a refund. However, I am not a dishonest person. The person at the counter shifted the blame on me, stating that I should be familiar with the return policy and I should have called somebody at the store instead(not possible?). Go to a dispensary that actually cares about the customer. Curaleaf is just a corporate entity that only cares about profit. They posture themselves as caring about patients, when in reality they are one of the worst dispensaries, both in quality, and service. It's evident in the terrible quality of the product that also carries an extreme price tag. Cross shop with any other establishment and you'll find all of Curaleaf's pricing is hugely inflated vs other establishments, just so they can post a "huge sale" and make it look like you're getting a good deal. Curaleaf uses predatory tactics like this to take advantage of older or less aware clientele. Instead, shop at Sunburn, Gold Flower, or The Flowery. They are all honest establishments that sell quality products (that don't pretend to be something else or obfuscate what the product actually is) that will make sure you are satisfied, and most importantly, hire competent employees with real customer service skills and knowledge of cannabis instead of rude ex-J Crew employees that can't interface like a human and instead spout whatever corporate bureaucratic nonsense they rehearsed with their manager.
