Shoutout to the team and specifically the manager at this location. I had an issue with quality with two of my diamond vape oils. I came into the location, barely got through explaining the situation and the manager was already correcting the issue as he spoke. He explained to me that things like this happen but he would be happy to swap it out for me. The patience, level of attention and overall great experience I had on this day, deserves this review. This has become my top location because of how friendly the staff is here. Thank you for my experience.

If I could give all the stars for this location I would. The vibe is always happy and fun. Major MAJOR plus , they have a drive through for the online orders for pick up. That's is HUGE for those is us who have mobility issues. ?

3 times a charm! I told myself that if I got another attitude problem thru the drive-thru, I would be done shopping at this location. Today was it!!! Miss Jasmine has an attitude all the time. I've done lost most of my life due to the tropical storm, and I still try to treat people nicely. Today it was the issue that they don't scan the Can Pay anymore. Good Lord. I'm sorry that I was unaware of this and it caused you grief. I just knew when she approached the window, that there was going to be an issue. She did not disappoint!! I love this store and it's so close to home. I'll just drive the extra few minutes so I don't upset Miss Jasmine anymore.

I had been usung a Trulieve topical far a while, and decided to give the Curaleaf topical a try. Turns out they were on sale, 60% off. Awesome, I purchased 2 of them. Unfirtunately not as effectlive as the Trulieve topical. Tried to return, they have a no return policy. Even on the unopened container. Seriously! I understand not taking back the opened container, but the unoped one. WOW!!! I spent a decent dollar there too. That said, I will never shop at Curaleaf again. Business lost over a $19 container.
I once returned a vape cartridge I didn’t like at Trulieve, no problem. You don’t like, exchange it. No questions. Back to Trulieve I went. Happy camper again.

The Customer Service is terrible. The girl that helped me was really nice, but I don't know know if she was new or what, because I told her when I first went in that I'd never been there before. But after that, being very overstimulated by the large store, and being rushed by my ride outside because I don't drive I was basically ripped off of using my first time patient 60% discount since neither she (or other guy that was standing there watching the whole time) told me about it until I was already checking out. I was in a rush and asked for suggestions of what other vapes I could use it on but she kept only showing me items that were already on sale, the ones I was planning on buying "on sale" for $5 more. Also, I went on the site about an hr or so later (I got there shortly after they opened) and the price of what I'd bought had gone down to $25 for a "Daily Special"!!! Wasted my discount, and still paid more than the sale price. I went back a couple days later and asked why this had happened and was told that it was a sale that started at 12 pm and I must've come before that. I told him it was before 12 that I saw it and it was. But I just left. Funny that it's coming up on almost a week later now and it's STILL on sale for $25. Im pretty unhappy with them which is too bad because I live 5 min away and like their products. Hopefully my experience there improves...

EDIT: The new(er) in store ordering system is good and helps streamline everything. And there are a couple people that are really great... but there are more that are just rude. I don't know why. They work in a Csnnabis Dispensary, no need to be in a crappy mood all the time! Maybe they need a raise as an incentive to be better at their jobs...?
