We had excellent, helpful, fast service with Dania Medical Equipment. I contacted them the day a hurricane was hitting Florida. Even though weather was bad, they delivered a wheelchair quickly to our hotel. He answered questions, ensured we got the correct size, and was polite and helpful. The price was reasonable, both for the quality equipment and the speedy delivery. He guided me the next day on adjusting the brakes and said he'd send out a technician if I couldn't figure it out. He even called the following day to make sure I was able to adjust them properly. They were compassionate, helpful and kind and I highly recommend them.

Would NEVER recommend this business! Owner lied so much to secure the uhaul rental and now I’m dealing with overcharges on my card. Not only was I told a different price, I was charged a full extra day (even tho the owner said it didn’t matter the time we returned because they were flexible), charged for fuel even tho I filled the gas tank (on FULL), charged for a cleaning fee, as well as an after hour fee; even though I dropped the uhaul within store hours. This was the WORST rental experience. Will never use Uhaul ever again. Stay away from this business as well. Dania Medical is a scam business trying to get money out of hard working people.

This company has been very helpful to me. I called Steve regarding my lift’s brakes. The brakes weren’t fixable and he turned around n found another lift to send to me. I am very happy with the outcome n the help Steve gave me.

We had an exceptional experience with Stephen and Dania Medical Equipment. After my mom was released from the rehab facility Dania Medical provided and delivered all of the medical equipment that mom required to move back into her apartment. Everything was brand new and delivered exactly when promised. The wheelchair was not the correct size for mom and Stephen replaced it the next day with the exact chair required.
Working with Dania Medical and Stephen was a terrific experience and we would use them again and highly recommenced them to anyone needing medical equipment.

What a horrible company. Mostly it’s the rude people that work there. My husband had everything set up for our home when he was in a rehab facility in Broward County. We live in Palm Beach County. The company delivered all the equipment and when I called two weeks later to get more oxygen tanks, the man who answered the phone was very rude and said we were using this oxygen too much. My husband was going out for 4 to 5 medical type appointments per week at that time. Five weeks ago they brought us more oxygen and yesterday June 13. My husband called them because the tanks they brought five weeks ago we’re empty the person said. I’m not bringing any more oxygen. You’re too far away get yourself a new vendor. So my husband is stuck in the house and can’t go out because he has no oxygen and it’s going to take a week or so to get a new vendor in place so I’ve had to cancel his doctors appointments for the next week. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody, and considering I am a Medicare agent and work with seniors who need oxygen and DME all the time, I will them to steer clear of this business. And as far as the man who answers the phone? My advice to him is, if you hate your job, maybe you should try a different occupation. If I could give this company no stars, it would still be too many.
