We finally asked the manager at the counter and she was soooo helpful and educated on what we needed to have the best time!! She made great recommendations. Very satisfied with the experience.. highly recommend this place..

What a great store! The staff is absolutely on point and the owner is amazing! They are Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns you have . They were also extremely funny and relaxed making it so much easier to talk to them about personal intimate things.I’ve never walked into this kind of store and felt like I’ve known everyone my whole life. Some of the reviews complain that it’s tiny but let me just say this.. I’ll take this tiny store , where they educate you and care a lot about you leaving with exactly what you’re looking for in a price range you want to stay in , over any other store that just wants your money! Such a great find people I’m telling you.

I was working in Orlando, on my way home to Daytona. I noticed the billboard and decided to swing in. I was greeted with a friendly welcome. I walked around browsing. After I decided what I was interested in, I went up and met CARRIE. She assisted me with the pricing of a particular item. She asked if she could recommend an item to me. I said absolutely. She took me over, showed me, explained, and gave her opinion. I can say, 200%, she knows what she is talking about and she fully steered me into the right direction. Her fellow associate NICOLE, was very outgoing. They are welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend the store to anyone. I also will say, if Carrie is there. Do not feel ashamed or embarrassed to ask. She will spend all the time helping you!

Owner is great. Staff always make you laugh, and feel comfortable. I don’t get the negative reviews. Ya gotta understand that the business has to protect itself. The credit card issue is to protect the store, and the individual. The owner feels like family to me, and I gotta still have my own card. It’s the rules of the store. Support small business, and please give this shop a chance. Not many like em around! Oh, and since things can up these days with staffing. It’s always good to give a ring, and just ask what time they will be opened til. It never hurts, and saves you a trip in case they stepped away

As Sal mentioned on his review, the owner does not allow you to shop on your own, in a full aisle that he “temporarily” blocks off with boxes and roller files. I even asked if I could look at the merchandise and he said no. I was the only one in the store and the merchandise was right by the counter he was standing behind. He wanted me to pick merchandise from a distance so that he could bring it to me and stand over me while I evaluated…repeatedly.

Ridiculous and really bad for business. I had already picked out one item from one of the “allowed” aisles to shop and wanted to buy a couple of other things, but I found it all so “big brother” and distrustful that I left the store and decided to never buy from this store. The sad part is that I could have bought online, but decided to buy local and he ruined it for me. I’m sure he will complain about people not shopping locally anymore, but this would be a good reason not to. Really bad customer service and a deal breaker for me. If you don’t trust me enough to shop your store, I don’t trust you enough to give you my business.

If I go to a store and I want to view the merchandise, I don’t want to look behind cages or asking associate to get an item for me. It takes away from my shopping experience, and my privacy will never be back. There are plenty of other choices.
I love the excuse that they don’t have enough of employees to put security tags On , hint you put the security tags on when you check in your merchandise that is the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard.

Excellent selection, if they don't have something, they help you get what you want. Atmosphere is bright, clean and with neatly stocked shelves. The owner, family and staff work diligently to provide a high level of customer service. Open for business up to fourteen hours a day. Worth the trip to browse and shop ALL year long.

Came in with my boyfriend, not sure if what to expect. Turned out to be a great shop with amazing workers. Carrie was making us laugh and feel very comfortable to be in there. She showed us how things worked and answered any questions we had. Next time we are in the area we will definitely return!
