Loved the small place feel where you’re treated like a person and not just a number. Everyone was professional and friendly, and took time to listen what I wanted. Product choices were excellent and received my glasses in a timely manner.

I absolutely loved this place! They provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced when getting new glasses. They were super helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and making sure I found a great pair of glasses. I've been wearing glasses since I was in 3rd grade, and now this is the only place I'll ever go to. They also have a huge selection of frames to choose from. It feels great to support a local, family-owned business like this one.

I had the same experience as Richard , lucky me mine wasn’t that close to 900. This place has no business selling glasses.
They have no idea about glasses
There is no BBB sign in window or accepted by the Optometrist Society. Don’t know how they have stayed business so long selling inferior products.
Can’t use my brand new glasses cause you can’t see out of them.
I think somebody needs to check their licenses, which I don’t think they have. Read their reviews, they treat you like 3rd rate citizens.

I went in and had an eye exam the lady who gave me my eye exam was awesome and we discussed me getting no line bifocals. When I was done with her the owner got involved and changed it to progressive lenses. I was charged almost $900 for a pair of glasses I cannot use because I cannot see out of them. I told the owner I cannot see out of the glasses and he said don't worry he would take care of it.I thought he was switching it to the no line bifocals in which I was told but after a week and a half later of me calling him to find out where my glasses were, I was informed that they were going to be lined bifocals and I told him forget it that was not what I was told I was getting. I was lied to and taken advantage of by the owner. Now I am stuck with a $900 pair of glasses that were not what I ordered and then I cannot use. Do not go to this guy he is a scam artist a liar and a rip off

Bad appointment times!! Was told one time & walked in 15 minutes before told my time was different even though I had a card that said 530!!! It was a simple dilation appointment literally would have taken no time was turned away!!! I was in the DAY BEFORE!! EVEN CONFORMED 5:30!!! I will NOT be back!! Horrible customer service!!! Rude!!! So unprofessional not even a ca or text to confirm the appointment!!! I was literally in the day before picking up glasses the guy behind counter even said see you tomorrow 5:30!!! Even had a TEXT MESSAGING TO SHOW THE APPOINTMENT TIME!!!!

I get my glasses every year here. And had nothing but the best of Services. Never had any trouble with my glasses and have always been the right prescription. I will continue using Davis Optical service From hear on out
The people here are awesome.
