The girl working at The front counter is by far the rudest customer service female I have ever encountered. There are over 100 pharmacies in this county and I chose this one! No sir I will go where my money is appreciated. That's good business. Additionally, for the advertisement executive, people is already plural. Why would you put an S on people probably the same reason you hire inefficient females to run your counter, while you sit in the back and hide too scared to say anything

Horrible customer service. I get my mother in laws diabetes supplies here when she runs out before her monthly order, but I couldn’t remember the length of her syringes and the pharmacist said, “Know what you want before you come in, we are busy!” Very rudely. Mind you, there are no other customers besides myself. So I said, “there’s no need to be nasty, I wasn’t being not nice to you.” To which he replied that I could no longer come back there. This was literally the entire conversation. I wasn’t rude or nasty at all. I was under the impression that when you went to a pharmacy, they were supposed to be there to address your needs and questions. I guess i was wrong. This is a woman with stage four lung cancer and he is denying access to supplies that she needs. I wouldn’t have gone back unless absolutely necessary anyway, but this is not the kind of place you want to take your business to when it comes to your healthcare. The girl behind the counter is also pretty rude most times Depends on how her day is going I suppose.

Nice little pharmacy with a great owner and kind staff. The wait times, the very few times there has been one, have never been over 10 minutes. I very much prefer them over any other pharmacy, especially the larger ones like Walgreens or CVS. I'm glad I came across them when I had to, once again, find a new pharmacy to use.

Also, if you're one of the many chronic pain patients who are having a hard time finding a pharmacy, I highly recommend giving them a chance.
