The foreign guy who answers the phone is beyond rude. I asked him about a 1 month rental for a hospital bed, & he insisted on making me pay for 3 months then said he’ll refund me for the 3 months after I return it but I never asked for 3 months! That’s over $1,000!! I at least want to make sure the hospital bed will be the right fit for me before I even attempt a 2nd month! He was very unprofessional & hung up the phone. Terrible customer service! He wants to pocket the money soo bad. It’s other rental companies out here that only charges by the month not an extra 3 months. Scam alert

I always have a positive experience at this store. I’ve purchased items to prepare for shoulder surgery, and an upcoming knee replacement. The proprietors are always helpful, informative, and friendly.They offer a wide variety of high quality products. I am so glad they’re in the neighborhood.

Really kind and helpful people and they gave me great advice instead of being dishonest in an effort to make money. I absolutely recommend this place. They have a variety of hand, neck, and knee braces and splints.
