Today, I took my two children, aged 1 and 3, to the urgent care unit because my daughter had broken her arm. My son, who has sensory issues, was very scared and kept crying, saying he wanted to go home. He was so frightened that he couldn't even enter the examination room with his sister and stood crying at the door. One nurse was telling him that he is scaring his sister and he is making her cry. A kind nurse tried to help by asking him if he wants a lollipop, but then another nurse shouted from a distance, "This needs to stop," and grabbed my son roughly, forcing him into the room without asking or trying to know why he is doing that. Instead of feeling supported in a place meant for care, I felt like I had to apologize for my son's fear.

Best medical experience I’ve had in recent years. I took my son on a Sunday to be seen for a concern that could have waited until Monday but I needed the peace of mind. We were greated by extremely friendly staff and were checked in very quickly. In less than 5 minutes a nurse came to get us. The intake with her went really smoothly. She was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. After the intake, it took maybe another 5 minutes for the Doctor to come see us. He was very thorough with his examination and identified two possible causes for the symptoms we went in for. He tested for what he thought was more likely and within minutes we had our result. He sent a prescription to the pharmacy on-site. The pharmacy service was extremely quick also. I walked out with the peace of mind I needed and well prepared to care for my son. I will absolutely be back for any future needs.

Side note: the facility has been beautifully remodeled!

Wow! I walked into a very clean place. I was treated well even in the parking lot by someone about to go on lunch. I was helped, my doctor listened and the pharmacy was informative and fast.

Showed up to a new remodeled new efficient and effective urgent care bigger waiting room area and way more friendly staff two ladies at front desk were so friendly and welcoming . Lindsay updated our information and literally checked us in and gave us wristband and within minutes we received a text message stating the time we were to be seen ..I only had bad experiences with this place in past and I was very surprised by how that was not the issue today seems like they did some changes and it absolutely is working ..

Came into urgent care very ill. Was helped by a wonderful staff member named Tierra at the front desk. Tierra was kind, calm, and professional. Thank you, Tierra!

The 1 star reviews are pretty accurate. This is a really limited urgent care clinic and the service is awful.

I would recommend avoiding unless you have a really minor issue/symptoms.

Went there in feb ‘24 because my son fractured his finger. Nice doc and nurses. They were super informative and helpful.
