We have been regular patrons of this establishment, consistently satisfied with the quality of the raw milk we purchase.

However, our recent encounter with Sue and Dawn left us disappointed and perplexed. Despite our longstanding custom of pre-ordering on Mondays, a practice aimed at ensuring a smooth supply chain, we were abruptly informed that it was too late to place an order. This departure from past practice was disconcerting, to say the least.

Moreover, when we attempted to salvage the situation by inquiring about purchasing from their regular stock, we were met with further disappointment. Dawn and Sue restricted our purchase to a mere two half gallons, an uncharacteristic and restrictive measure for loyal customers.

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and effective communication in maintaining a thriving business. With over seven years of patronage and significant expenditure exceeding $20,000 on various products, including supplements, milk, and health care items, we expected a more accommodating and proactive response from the management. This incident leaves us questioning the commitment of Dawn and Sue to fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for patrons.

I used to shop at Debbie's in Port Orange years ago and it was a wonderful place but not now! I'm not sure who owns it or who took over but this is not the Debbie's health food that I used to know and love! The staff was cold, rude, not helpful and acted like I was an inconvenience to them. It was unwelcoming and I felt like an uninvited guest crashing a party. There was a woman there that was incredibly rude and unwelcoming! Not sure if she was an owner or manager but she was horrible. I will never set foot in that store again!

This is a great place!! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They’re always very helpful. The range of products is pretty awesome, too. I’m glad it’s there, especially since Lucky’s closed. I can get most of what I need at Debbie’s. I saw some reviews saying their prices were high, but they’re independently owned so they can’t have the same price margins as Walmart or places like that. It’s worth a little more for the quality of products and it’s nice to support a local business. The more you shop there, the lower the prices will get. ?

I’ve visited here a few times. They offer a wide variety of products and have something for everyone. I asked for help and there’s these two young men (who’s names were Chase and Chad) that happened to be twins that were very helpful and positive. They were able to point me exactly to what I was looking for and knew a lot about what they were talking about. I will definitely be visiting again!
