I got some glasses, for the first time, but after giving them a couple of weeks, I realized they needed tweaking. I wasn’t sure what to expect on the follow-up. I dropped in without an appointment and waited. Trish, from Dr. Cowart’s office, saw me and immediately took the initiative to inquire. She took me straight back to re-test, etc., with absolutely no hassle. Dr. Cowart came in, and they made it clear that they were both focused on solving the problem. I exchanged the glasses for a different kind. I was impressed with the old-school approach: stand behind your work and help people, and the rest takes care of itself.

Almost 2 hours for a child's eye exam. No excuse for that.
I still haven't forgotten about the front desk woman snickering at me and telling me I didn't hear what I heard on my voice mail.
You can make mistakes and say the wrong thing. You're not perfect, no one is.

Oh hey, this is the guy who thought my wife was faking an eye problem because he couldn't see it! Despite an opthamologist, ocular surgeon, and rheumatologist trying to find out what caused it! And the aforementioned surgeon having biopsied it! And now that we know what the underlying condition is, we know that if she were diagnosed any later, she could have died! But nevermind the opinion of several other medical professionals--he didn't see it, so he gave me a look that said "can you believe this bullcrap" and asked "Is she always like this?" We'll think about you in chemotherapy tomorrow.
I'm sure he's doing his best. He just needs to do anyone else's best instead.

I went to get my eye prescription fixed that America's Best totally messed up on and the staff and Dr.Cowart were all very friendly and helpful and made it a great experience unlike the last eye doctor I went too.I will definitely be making this the eye Doctor for myself and my family,thank you.
