The receptionist was rude. She’s loud. Takes phone call and speaks very loudly poor person on the phone had to spell their name about 5x. They didn’t inform me of what was not covered by my insurance until my service was over which should have been done when they asked for my insurance and identification card but waited til my visit was over to ask me for money I did not have on me then asked me for my prescription back I will be contacting the health department. I will never recommend anyone to this office. Waste my time but I’m sure they will bill my insurance which is what they care more about $$ not the patient. I’m sure she violated HIPA. asking private questions in a wide open lobby waiting area. I was traumatized. I’m very disappointed

Dr. Taylor did a great job for my first visit with DePoe. I enjoyed the professionalism with a personal feel in his treatment. He made recommendations on different treatments and left the decision to me for the final choice. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

This was my first time coming here and I loved this entire staff even the doctor himself took his time explaining to me about my eyes and what kind of frames I need I will recommend anyone to come here and I can’t wait til I get my frames

Dr. Taylor is a great doctor. He is also kind and patient, and takes the time to answer any questions you have. My experience with getting glasses is not as good. I have bought multiple pairs of glasses over the years. Most of them don't fit. I bring them back to the office, they tell me they'll fix them, but the glasses always go back to not fitting. The glasses are worthless to me because I can't wear them. I am done buying glasses from them.

Fantastic Experience! The ladies working in the office are very professional and diligent workers. They made us feel welcome. Also, we appreciated the precautions the business is taking to prevent the spread of COVID. Dr. Taylor is a very knowledgeable and is happy to explain everything in simple terms. We are so happy to have found this business.
