Very intolerable to people that are new to benefits and how to do them, extremely rude when I didn't understand and talked to me like I was stupid cause I was panicking about not having my stamps refilled even a week after they were supposed to. Thanks for nothing and making me more mad and stressed 👍

The absolute worst customer service ever in life. They don't care for the community people and they swear that benefits are coming out of their pockets alone. They should shut this place down and let another county help its citizens...!

They never answer the phone. I’ve literally been calling for 3 weeks the number on the website,and when you do get someone on the phone they are beyond rude and the ends up ending and you can’t get anyone back in the phone.

Absolutely horrible people working there.everytime I go up there or speak to someone on the phone they are rude to me the entire time or make me feel like I'm asking a stupid question and look at me like I'm stupid. I would not recommend speaking to them I'd go to a different county they get no stars I get cut off everytime I try talking. They need employees that actually want to help people and who are kind to people. I'd put no stars but it sadly won't let me

Calls won't even go through to the local office - "this number must be dialed with the area code"? yeah, that's what I did! - and dialing any other number gives you the runaround with all the options that never gives you a person. Can't use the website because the ID number I'm trying to find, you can't get it except but online, and you need it to log in. What?! Supposedly it's on the mail they sent, but that number doesn't work.
