I bought a pair of glasses and the frame broke less then 3 months and i was charged $19 for a new frame. Well less then 3 months that frame broke and the put my lens in a bigger frame that didn’t fit my lens. When i got to the parking lot the lens fell out so i had to go back in and AJ them to fix them. Horrible place to get glasses from. I do not recommend this place at all.

I am the mother of Four children ages 15,14,12, & 11 Last week I took my oldest two children to 5582 Memorial Drive suite 200 Stone Mountain GA. 30083 at Oakhurst medical center to get a checkup for their vision. When we were seated in the examination room the only Doctor walked in and said and I quote “Who let you Two critter’s into my clinic” We were baffled by the comment and offended because it was directed to us as racial slurs. I immediately told him it was very inappropriate of him to say that and to please address them by their names but he just laughed. I knew I had an upcoming appointment for my younger two children so I made sure I’d be equipped to video record catching him in the act of comfortably doing it again. Today at 2:20 I took them to their appointment with this same doctor and this video shows him repeating the act after I informed him how offensive it was to us the first time... if u have any inquiries or concerns please respond

Dr's and staff put you at ease immediately and make you feel comfortable. No wait. I was in and out and received a thorough exam with all my questions and concerns answered. I was extremely satisfied with my exam and will definitely be going back next year. Keep up the great work guys!!!

The doctor was great, but the young lady at the front desk is not friendly and appear not to be truthful when I needed information about my last visit. I asked for the counsel the doctor gave me about the eyedrops I should not use which should be in my records and she failed to let me know.

I went to this clinic for my eye sever pain. The service until I was examined my eye by doctor Keith P. Thompson, was great. But the doctor examination of my eye was terrible, it was just snap quick, not thoroughly examination and at the end he said it is unspecified eyelid inflammation even though he didn’t examining my eyelid just by looking straight forward my eye balls a lone. In general I don’t satisfy with the way of exam and poor patient doctor interaction.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life, they don't even deserve a star by my rating, I ordered a pair of glasses since 07/02/20, I was told it will take 2 -3weeks and today is the 08/11/20 and I have not received a call, not even a text to tell me the status of my order. Even if it was sent to China it shouldn't take forever, I work in retail and I have probably done more than 50 order within the same time frame without any problem, I am very disappointed to say the least. Worst experience ever!

My experience today with Digital Vision Clinic was wonderful, I was very concern about my eyesight, but they made me feel very comfortable and they answer all my concerns in very professional way, and I got to pick some very nice glasses, I will be coming back to Digital Vision Clinic the Doctors are super duper great there. Had my eye exam here and the staff was great !! Got me in and out quickly, was very nice and informative. I would have given a 5 star if only it didn’t take so long for my eyewear to come in.
