The girl that answers the phone has zero phone etiquette manners, Zero compassion, zero helpfulness. She made an already embarrassing and humiliating experience much worse.
I had to go to my primary to get a referral so I could see the doctor that I have seen for years and years. It had been over three years so I had to have a referral. So I went through the steps only to be denied with absolutely no help getting pointed in the right direction or any helpful advice that could help me. So at this point, I'm done with Red Bluff. I'm done with dignity health....I never would go there even if I could. My experience was very frustrating and humiliating. The girl that answers the phone needs to be less rude and more helpful. I bet she costs this place the loss of other patients too. If this is the best that Red Bluff or dignity, health has to offer, no thank you.

Come here if you want bottom of the barrel care for you and your baby. They don't check your temperature, they don't check your urine at each visit and they don't measure your uterus growth with that simple paper measurer each time to make sure you and baby are on track with said growth. Oh and they might lose your pap smear results and not tell you and then try to say everything is fine when you repeatedly ask where these results are. Trust is something you need when your pregnant and I definitely lost that today.
