Be very careful of putting your healthcare priorities in their hands or at least Bradley Pike..
Don't even risk if you have vital health concerns and or need treatment for diagnosis.
So I have gone here for a few years...
I went to Melanie Chorvat prior to her leaving and she was a bit more decent and tried to do her research(with at least my file)for the most part.
Now I am under the care of Family Nurse Practitioner, and Chiropractic Nutritionist Bradley H. Pike..
Make sure to check your appointment analysis on portal so you too dont become a victim of medical gaslighting and neglect. 'False or mixed up' appointment summaries not even regarding the reason for visit.
He does not read files..
Even if you have pre existing conditions he does not do any form of foot work or have any regard towards patient care.
In the last 2 years I have been diagnosed with a threatening condition while at the same time being cast aside at first due to their insurance lawsuit.
Now that the lawsuit is over I am disregarded due to what I can only assume is pure medical neglect.
Not to mention calling on a Friday (for continued pre existing prescription refill that has yet to be sent in even more than 10 days without) to be put on waiting line phone hold for 15min. To then tell me the Pine Street clinic is closed(Even though I am on the line with the Secretary) and that he will do it Monday when he receives the request from front desk person of the said closed clinic...
When in fact Brad Pike is there Tue.-Fri.

Horrible experience with their psychiatrist I only saw once who was only temporary after my doctor left. She changed my medicine without telling me after being on it for a while now. Very frustrating after driving 6 hours to come here after I moved and especially not telling me. The front girls are nice but this doctor didn't know anything about me and decided to do this. Not ok.

Worst clinic I have ever been to! Can't get a simple refill of birth control that I have been taking for 20 years! Seriously?! Rite aid sent in the request multiple times and I have called and left messages, no response. Should have been filled 3 days ago. So unprofessional!
