Good office. Great staff and doctors but they are inconsistent with hours of operation. Says they open at 730 but several times the door is closed and locked at close to 8 and the phones are off. Quite a few times after their scheduled lunch hour the phones are never turned back on. If they do not actually have these hours then they should change the hours of operation. I’m currently sitting in my car at 746 am and several people are here waiting to get in but no one is here

The ladies up at the front desk are really respectful and listen very well. My complaint is that I told my primary doctor that I needed to have a referral. It's for pain management do to my epilepsy I have bad back pain. She responded with no it's not I don't know what I'm talking about she is extremely disrespectful!!!!

Had my first visit today after my previous primary care closed their practice and I was blown away. Every single staff member that I interacted with was kind and compassionate. The office was bright and clean. Doctor really listened and spent a reasonable amount of time with me (which is becoming more and more rare in the medical field!). I will definitely be staying here for my primary care. Wonderful experience.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. But the dr is rude and demeans your condition. She talked down to both me and my daughter. In my opinion I would not recommend going there.

Couldnt schedule an appointment because my insurance card wasnt correct. Went home got the correct card and drove back and the front office was locked. It was only 350pm and the receptionist could have told me they would be closing only 15 mins later but didnt. What kind of business is this? Any real business that treats people this way would be out of business shortly. No customer service at all. Thanks for wasting my time.
