The Sheridan has a great friendly atmosphere. It is a beautiful clean, facility and the staff is phenomenal. Best of all my mother is happy and raves about the place. She is probably a great advertisement. She tells everybody from the grocery store to any place we go, restaurants etc that she’s from “the home” the Sheridan and she loves it!

When my Mom & Dad realized they could no longer stay in their home we chose The Sheridan at Hobe Sound for a variety of reasons. It was new and beautifully appointed. Clean and very welcoming. The staff is amazing. From Laurie, who represents the Sheridan extremely well to Charlene and Shakira and the entire nursing staff who cared for my folks as if they were their own parents to Debbie and Connie and Ed and so many others who made The Sheridan feel like home to us all. We will be forever grateful for the community that welcomed my parents and gave our family such peace of mind. ❤️

The reviews and personal recommendations of friends and medical professionals put the Sheridan Hobe Sound community on my spreadsheet to check out for my mother.. and it very quickly shot to #1. Every staff member worked hard - and continues to do so everyday - to make mom's transition a good one. The community is wonderful: lovely furnishings, comfortable atmosphere, amenities easily accessible, and friendly. Everything each staff member does is focused on customer {resident} service: the community is immaculate; accessible staff including nurses, med techs, aides, and professional staff; and every interaction is personal. Mom has more extensive medical needs than before, and the nurses & med techs are amazing, always helping us through each challenge. The maintenance 'guys' make sure her apt is in good working order and respond quickly to calls when she hits the wrong buttons on her tv remote. On the social side, Mom made friends easily through happy hours and activities, and enjoys her delicious meals with fun people. Who knew I'd learn the chair hokey pokey during happy hour? Gotta say, I'm ready to move in!

I go to sleep now no longer concerned about mom's safety and lack of engagement. Our mother deserves dignity and independence to her ability - and in the Sheridan Hobe Sound, we found it!
