Great experience! Friendly staff and Dr Smiley was great! The clinic was crowded since it was the day before Thanksgiving but we were seen quickly. Loved that we could get our prescription filled on site. So convenient. Highly recommend!

We just moved to Santa Rosa Beach permanently 2 months ago. My daughter had been to Doc Smiley’s years ago — and even after reading more recent reviews I felt it was a good bet to get an upper respiratory infection checked. I couldn’t have been more pleased — from the receptionist to the medical staff to the diagnostic response — I was in and out so expeditiously (and every concern I had was addressed). I am thrilled that this office is so close by.

On vacation last week, we had to bring a friend’s daughter in for an ear issue. We called ahead and her mom was able to take care of the paperwork ahead of time, and then the whole experience at the clinic was outstanding. Excellent service, clean facility, efficient and easy. Probably the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Thanks y’all!

When I walked in I was greeted immediately by a friendly front staffer who was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was put into a Drs room and seen quickly after that - I didn't feel forgotten at any point. Doc was personable and knowledgeable, and the prescription was called in immediately. I hope to never have to go back to urgent care, but if I do, it will be here.

Not from the area, but live here part-time with boyfriend. This was the closest urgent care to us. Went in and the front desk woman was SO nice and helpful. I got back to a room within minutes. Saw a PA and she was very informative and personalable. Was leaving with 30 minutes of check-in and never felt rushed or over looked.
Would recommend for ANYONE in area for an urgent care!!!

We had a perfect experience here. We were on vacation and my daughter got an ear infection. I chatted with Doc smilies on google the night before to get some questions answered. I knew that I was going to pay out of pocket due to my poor out of state insurance. We got there right it open into our surprise. The waiting room was already full. We were greeted pleasantly by the two receptionist, and we filled out our paperwork and gave our credit card. there were signs in both the lobby area and the room about being kind to one another to people who are working with you and their staff. There was also one about being in control of the energy you bring into the room. We loved those and we even use some of the phrases. We learned there today in our family. One thing that really stood out was the kindness. The two receptionist had towards each other. You could tell that kindness is deeply rooted in this office. Regardless that the waiting room was full, we were seen very quickly. They have a great system there that moves people. When we were in the room, the doctor came in, confirmed the ear infection and told us that the medicine we needed would be able to be picked up at the Receptionist table. He was clear and concise just the way we want doctors appointments to be. He let us back out. We went back to the nice receptionist who had the medicine mixed up. We were charged $155. 125 for the visit and 30 for the medicine. What fair and honest price to be seen at the doctors and not have the monkey around with insurance. I would go to Santa Rosa Beach again for vacation just knowing that Doc Smilieys is just down the road!

I’ve never been so impressed with an Urgent Care. My daughter started feeling sick while on vacation in Seaside, Fl. I googled closest urgent cares to us and Doc Smileys was 1 mile away. We drove straight there, was seen immediately and back out the door with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. Possibly even less. Thank you for making this a quick and painless process so we can get back to vacationing quickly.

This Urgent Care is amazing!!!! I flew into the airport and came straight here. Filled out paperwork and was seen and treated so fast! Everyone was so professional and kind. Best part they had my prescription ready at the front desk. In and out in 20 minutes.
