So far good. Down 22.6 lbs since I started the program. Its only been a little over 2 months. Then and now. 10lbs a month, I am doing good.

Do not let these negative comments about people being in their feelings about the doctor and his expectations. He's great. DO YOUR PART and you can lose weight. You can't take shots or pills but not at least change ONE of BOTH of two things... YOUR DIET and YOUR ACTIVITY level (working out) You want a body... Work out. Eat OKAY because these options they give you targets YOUR BODY GOALS. This is me day one... My friend is gorgeous and she put me on to this company.

I also had an extremely bad service with the doctor. He was not very welcoming. He was actually being an absolute jerk to myself and the staff. Last visit, whether they care or not. On the other hand, the staff (ladies) were awesome. Doc, check your self and your attitude at the door. People like us SUPPORTED you. I don't wish bad on people, so i will reframe from that kind of statement.

That Dr Gaines is a rude person and some of the ladies in the front are rude as well. The pills work but if you don't lose weight like the dr wants you to he starts saying what are you here for! You're not losing no weight! Last time you was here you didn't lose any! My thing is im a older women and it's hard to lose weight especially if you're not active! Their is a thing called compassion Mr Gaines and if i was you I would look in the mirror because you're a heavy load yourself lol!! Never going back to that facility rude people!!

Made me and my kids wait out side in hot weather when my appt time is at 2pm. Arrived 10min early ( on time to me ) its very unprofessional. Front desk didn't mention this when I booked the appt. So I was caught off guard. So we will see how the doctors visit goes? Update:
Doc was very nice sand helpful offered advice and made me feel empowered that I could do this!

Do not tell Dr gaines the pills give you energy he will not give them to you. I needed them to help me with weight loss and they also gave me energy, because I said the one word I was denied service. But if you have kaiser insurance you can get them there for free.

There's an obese unprofessional man there who claims he's a doctor and comments on patients weight like he isn't extremely overweight himself. He was talking about things not job related so loud i could hear him in the lobby. If I didn't like the product I wouldn't return. Extremely unprofessional environment and they should hire healthy staff cause that "Dr." Crealy isn't.

Rude when on the phone with a question. I called with a question, before I was done the girl Lupida hung up on me, called back Layla answered I told her about being hung up on and she said "maybe she didn't want to talk to you" then she hung up. This treatment is not much better than the treatment from the doctor who adds no personality to the mix. The only friendly faces you see are the ones taking your money when your are leaving.
