My wife and I have been looking for a new Optometrist for several years now. We did a lot of research and found that many recommendations were for the Dorfzaun Eye Group. So we gave them a try.

What an "eye opening" experience! Sorry couldn't resist. Dr. Dofzaun and his staff were amazing from the time we scheduled our appointments on the phone all the way through the eye exam.

They were very caring and thorough, making sure everything they were saying was completely understood. We can't say enough good things about them.

By the way there are over 23 Optometrists closer to our house. The care and professionalism we received from Dr. Dorfzaun and his staff makes it well worth the trip.

When you walk in The Dorfzaun Office you are quickly greeted by the friendly staff. It sets the tone for a great experience. Everyone is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Dr Lam was thorough in my examination while taking the time to ensure he answered all of my questions. The Optical staff communicates every step of the process while helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Amazing experience!

Best place I've ever been for my eye health, please consider visiting these guys instead of going to an eyeglasses chain. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating when I had questions, and even though I was looking to get new glasses, the pressure to make a purchase was basically non-existent.

They also provide a service that I haven't been offered in 17 years of wearing glasses, and allowed me to order lenses for frames that I already own instead of having to buy a whole new set of frames as well.

I really enjoyed my visit, and so long as I'm in the area I think this is going to be my new go-to for my eye care.

I can’t say enough about Dorfzaun Eye Group. I chose a new place last year based on proximity to home. Prescription wrong, no fitting for glasses, just replaced the lenses in an existing frame and it was still more expensive. I am willing to drive 25 miles through Atlanta rush hour traffic to come here, if that alone doesn’t say enough!!! Kudos to the entire team!!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Dorfzaun Eye Group! Dr. Lam is kind and patiently explains everything. And opticians Danielle and Catherine were just amazing when it came to picking out and fitting my new glasses! I highly recommend this practice!

Love this optometrist! Saw Dr Dorfzaun when I was younger, and I went back recently to see Dr Lam. Informative, caring, and thorough. They worked easily with my insurance, have a nice office, and the entire staff was pleasant! I have zero negative things to say about Dorfzaun Eye Group. Highly recommended

Dr. Dorfzaun is great and so is his staff. They really took their time to help me figure out I had an astigmatism and get the glasses i need to see better. They were even quick to get me scheduled in when I had an allergic reaction in my eye and really took care of me. Also, the people in Optical were so patient with me when picking out my frames. I am very picky, and they listened to every word and found my perfect frames. They even cleaned each frame after I tried them on, which made me feel safer about germs or dirt from others. They even helped me pick out sunglasses too! Over all, this office is fantastic. From the Dr, to the Staff, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Doctor was about 30 minutes late to my appointment.

Additionally, my exam felt rushed, as the doctor had to catch up to other appointments. Doctor offered no remediation for my eye with astigmatism. And I only left with a basic prescription.

Front desk staff can be a bit abrasive. Aside from the lady on the left as you walk in.

Overall, an OK experience.
