Holy moly! After dealing with Cvs for 30+ years, you cannot compare the quality of service& the dedication these people offer to the patients is unparalleled. The two pharmacist are amazing. Chris, Elaine, Selma and all of the other staff members are just truly wonderful. It’s so nice to know that you have a competent and wonderful staff. I was always under the impression that the bigger pharmacies can handle everything but unfortunately smaller is much better as they are a derivative of just handling every facet of your orders. I switched to this pharmacy after using another big brand pharmacy for almost 10 years. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. After an extremely frustrating couple of months with my previous pharmacy, I talked to Dr. Z and he was able to get all of my prescriptions switched over to their pharmacy painlessly. I am thrilled with how quickly Dr. Z and his staff can get a prescription ready. My medical providers know them well, and are happy because Dover Community Pharmacy does not waste their time. They always answer the phone and I have never had to wait on hold. They greet me by name when I come in the store. They have worked out frustrating situations involving my insurance company. And they always have generics available so with my prescription plan I have never had a co-pay. I cannot say the same for other pharmacies who have charged me $50+ because they only had brand names in stock. Without a doubt, I will continue to use Dover Community Pharmacy as long as I live in the area. I highly recommend this pharmacy and their team, and I could not be happier with the service I receive. They are consistent, dependable, and communicate very well. Thanks y’all and great job. Keep up the good work.

I am very happy to have found this pharmacy where they know me by name. The staff are friendly and competent and the pharmacist takes time to discuss my concerns and educate me on my son's many medications. As a caregiver of a child with special needs (and a nurse) they make my job so much easier and I am truly grateful to have them on our team.

I moved from Dover Delaware and this was my pharmacy for the last 10 years. They are a blessing to the common and the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and they will do all they can to make sure you get your medication. They blessed me to have my medicine at a price I could afford when I didn’t have insurance and paid out of pocket for my medicine. They are the best local pharmacy in the community and their name fits them !!
