The staff here is fabulous, helpful and a joy to visit. I had a very professional and informative eye exam, and the front office staff was excellent in assisting with picking out new frames. The variety of frames for men and women is unmatched by any place I have been in the SFV. I am so glad I found this place!

The staff was so sweet and helpful! Hasiya and Susan were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the overall service from them and Dr. Palacios. I was grateful for my insurance coverage as well

This was my first time at LensCrafters, Macy's Northridge and they were absolutely amazing. They know what they were doing and helped me through and through and took care of my needs. Hasiya helped me and was so patient and gave me a wide range of frames to choose from. Dr. Palacio was very nice and listened to my problems and advised accordingly. I would definitely come back here again whenever I need anything regarding frames or seeing an optometrist.

I would like To make a huge shout out to Suzan & ishiah For there great customer service and outstanding line of communication they made this experience easy & very pleasant as well as enjoyable Thank you guys for all ur hard work great customer service & great staff As well as the doctor This doctor Went above and beyond and took his time & was very interactive When it came to my treatment Answered Every Question I Had Beyond Far the best eye doctor I even seen None of them Rushed us nor Were they pushy but rather respectful & curtious and went that extra mile to help us get the best deal !!!! Highly recommend
