No puedo quejarme de la atención en este lugar! Todo el personal es muy amable además de que me ayudaron a elegir mis lentes con mucha paciencia y me atendieron en español. Lo único que puedo sugerir es que pueden incluir al menos la telita para limpiar los lentes, porque solo me dieron mi estuche... pero fuera de eso todo me gustó mucho, me sentí muy cómoda y ya recomendé a algunos conocidos este lugar.

I saw Dr. Chi today for a check as my eye power changed in a short amount of time. I found her to be very knowledgeable as well as helpful. She gave me a lot tips after doing a vision re-exam and provided great tips. She spent the time needed to address all my questions which I was very happy for as I was concerned with the changes. I would definitely go back again and see her. Since my last set of glasses were purchased within six months she told me that they do a free redo which was like an icing on the cake.

I met with Dr. Thuy Nguyen for my annual vision checks and was very happy with her. She was able to answer my questions and I felt like she was both knowledgeable and kind. The office staff was good. They were professional, the site was pristine, and Andy, who helped select and fit the glasses, was very good. He saved me a lot of time by offering specific advice and was great at dealing with my insurance coverage questions. I'm super happy with my new glasses and look forward to the next exam. I would recommend the office to any of my friends or family.

My dad loved Dr. Fred Slater and went to him for about 20 years, so of course he referred me when I moved to Campbell in 2000. My family and I have been going for about 20 years. We tried a larger optimetrist that was closer to where we lived when we moved to Santa Clara, but we came back because the service and prices were better. We really like working with Dr. Nguyen. She is considerate of people at different stages of life and also very knowledgeable.

I felt welcomed at the front desk and received help checking in and completing the new patient forms. The woman who ran the initial eye tests was friendly and clearly led me through the steps. Normally, I hate this part of eye appointments (the eye pressure test especially), but her manner put me at ease. The next part of my appointment, W /Dr. Nguyen, went well. She was friendly, clear with her directions and answers to my questions, and helped me to feel comfortable. Afterwards, I was fitted for glasses. The woman who led me through this really helped me pick out a set of frames that suit me and explained what options I had in terms of lenses. I left this appointment feeling like I had been well taken care of with my eye needs. Thank you to Dr. Slater’s Group!
