Extremely inefficient and disrespectful of patients’ time. Waited nearly a month between initial eye exam and contacts dispense, then required additional follow up where doctor was 50 minutes late for a 3-minute check. Entire process took almost 2 months for a basic contact prescription. 140 charged for this poor service. Look elsewhere if you value your time.

I felt the need to leave this review after having Dr Jackson help me with my eyes. I have been wearing contact lenses since I was 15 years old. I am in my 50’s now. I have really dry eyes and Dr Jackson has helped by finding the best new contacts for dry eyes. He quickly figured out after my exam why my eyes were so dry. He allowed me to try different lenses to find the one that is the best for me. He was patient and kind while doing my eye exam. I wish I had visited him sooner. He is a wonderful optometrist! If you are searching for an eye doctor do not hesitate to schedule a visit with him. I give him and his staff a 5 star review. Thank you Dr Jackson for your kindness and knowledge with me and my eyes.

Absolutely ❤️ Dr.Jay. He is very invested into the health of your vision. Very informative and gentle. Excellent at explaining whats going on and will address any concerns you may have. Been seeing him yearly for about 5yrs, multiple times if I need additional assistance outside my yearly. Highly recommended. Per the previous post, I too have experience multiple incidents with rude staff but they are not working for Dr.Jay. The floor staff works directly for Lens Crafters.

Dr. Jackson was great no issues with him. IT’s everyone else that is the problem. Not one ounce of professionalism. Then after you leave the store they want to leave rude messages on your voicemail: Yet when you call them back no one answers the phone. Oh and let’s not forget that because they didn’t do their job that it’s ur fault. The only was I go back is if all the staff were let go and new staff were hired.
