I had a absolute fantastic visit. From the friendly staff to the actual visit. Leidi who was my first point of contact was Excellent I'm providing me with guidance, understanding and compassion. I lost my glasses in the Helen River Tubing now I am blind as a bat but she still made me feel like I could see the world. I was really down inside but I wore a smile to keep from crying because I can't see. I want to thank the entire staff for such a great visit. Well spent money!!!

Complete rip off. Don’t get scammed like I did. I saw Dr. Kenneth Boxer last week. He did the eye exam, and at the end we had a conversation About daily wear contacts versus monthly disposable contacts. Doctor Boxer asked me which I would prefer and I said daily disposable. He commented that they were much healthier and he was glad I was making this choice. So yesterday I received my contacts in the mail and I received 24 monthly disposable contacts. I was supposed to be receiving 365 daily disposable contacts. I checked the price online and the monthly contacts are only $55 a box on 1-800 contacts. I paid $367 for four boxes. That’s over $90 a box.So not only did I get the wrong contacts but I was grossly overcharged. When I called the office and mentioned this to them, they assured me that I was charged the correct price. I don’t understand how as a lay person I’m getting cheaper prices on Contacts than the optometrist. Then they informed me that not only are they not going to get me the correct contacts, they won’t even write me a prescription for the correct contacts. Literally it’s the same prescription. They just have to change it from monthly to daily so I can purchase the correct contacts myself. Mind you that would mean that I’m paying an additional $180 out of pocket bringing my total for this experience to nearly $500 WITH INSURANCE. For contacts only. When i go to this office I already know they’re going to charge me $120 for sizing my contacts, which is insane because I’ve had contacts for 35 years and my eyes aren’t getting any bigger or smaller. So I’m stuck with contacts I do not want to use and an incorrect prescription. The office assured me the doctor boxer would call me back. But I’ve been waiting for 4 1/2 hours and so far nothing. Oh, one more thing. When I left the office, Dr. Barker gave me two boxes of contacts to take home. Strangely enough, those were daily disposable contacts. So tell me, why would he send me home with daily disposables when he intended to write me a prescription for monthly? Sometimes you just have to admit when you’re wrong and fix it. My entire family wears glasses or contacts, but we will never visit a LensCrafters again. There are plenty of optometrist out there.

My visit to Dr. Boxer's optometrist office was great. Both he and his staff were very professional, friendly and thorough. I didn't feel pressured or rushed through the process. I even felt comfortable enough to discuss different procedures or vision options without feeling like he was going to immediately try and sign me up. He was highly relatable and informative. Even while looking at frames at another business the associate helping me asked how my visit to him was and said she always heard good things about him and his staff! I usually don't write reviews and I haven't read any of his but from my personal experience this time I would say check him out! Keep up the good work

The general staff was excellent. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. However, the doctor who did my exam was very rude and dismissive. At one point, she laughed and made a rude quip when I thought a letter being displayed was a number.

This was my first eye exam and will be my first time having glasses. The doctor rushed through the exam, treating me like an annoying burden. When I had questions about the prescription she was giving me, she told me the sales staff outside would answer my questions and disappeared before I could blink.

I was legitimately shocked by how dismissive this "medical professional" was toward me. I don't want my medical concerns to be addressed by a sales person looking for a commission. She was very tacky and unprofessional. I do not recommend Dr. Elizabeth Kim to anyone who prefers to be treated like they're human. The Lenscrafter sales staff was helpful and did answer the questions my doctor would not.

Yakov, your optician, is wonderful: highly professional, informative, and helpful. He's a gem. But the optometry part of the visit was disappointing. First, I'd asked for an appointment with Dr. Boxer, and ended up with an appointment with a different optometrist. Second, I had a long wait well past my appointment time and also once I was in the exam room. Third, the eye photography part of the exam was tedious and uncomfortable. But maybe that's part of the process. I hope you have enough photos of my optic nerve to last a long time.

Dr. Boxer and his staff took excellent care of me while I was experiencing a painful eye injury. Their empathy, communication and responsiveness helped ease my anxiety and feel well cared for. Doctor Boxer carefully and compassionately treated my eye injury and provided great after-care guidance and medicines. So grateful to Dr. Boxer and his team for their kindness, professionalism and expertise.

Dr. Kim was one of the best eye doctors I've ever had. With my glasses I hit near 20/10 and have for my whole life. Every doctor argues with me about it except Dr. Kim who simply said, "Sure, let's test that" and bam, 8 seconds later I was confident in my new prescription. She took the time to listen and didn't argue, she just said, "sure, that's part of my job." Providers who listen are so valuable. Thanks!

Dr. Kim was awesome, she made sure I got the right prescription and the contacts were the right fit. The office manager was super helpful and gave us excellent customer service. The techs Tory and Leisu got us checked in and ready for the doctor fast
