Assistants badly treated the client.
I had the worst experience in this place, an advertisement gives a promotion that is not true. I arrived at that place looking for a good price and being there then I had to pay more, but then the worst came when one of the assistants took me out like a dog. To be fair I must say that the doctor tried to solve the situation but his assistants badly treated the client and were aggressive because I did not want to overpay.

Tuve la peor experiencia en este lugar, una publicidad da una promocion que no es verdad. Yo llegue a ese lugar buscando un buen precio y estando ahi entonces debia pagar mas, pero entonces vino Lo peor cuando una de las asistentes me saco como un perro. Para ser justo debo decir que el doctor intento solucionar la situacion pero sus asistentes mal tratan al cliente y fueron agresivas por que no quise pagar de mas.

Took over 4 months to get my contacts. Went to the store over 8x and left EVERYTIME without my contacts. Girl with the tattoos says it ready, I go over there and the stores closed during business hours.

I give it a few days and I call this time to ask if I can pick up my contacts. Mind you it’s been 4 months since I paid for these already…. And she says “let me call you back and check” huh? I thought they were ready?

2 more weeks pass (now going into month 5) and I go to pick up my contacts and they’re closed during business hours again. Had to knock on the doors locked doors (during business hours) for her to come out and give me my contacts.

There are thousand better places to get your contacts than this place. COMPLETE JOKE

Been waiting 6 plus months for my contacts which never showed up. Paid cash and was never refunded completely. I would never recommend this place it’s a scam. Beware of the girl with clown ? makeup at the front desk she is scary!

I have been going to Dr. Misheloff since i was 14 years old! I have even moved further and still drive over to this office because they are the best! Dr. Misheloff is so nice and he has the most up to date equipment for checking your eyes. The process is fast and easy. He even has the machine which checks your eyes without having to dilate your pupils. He is the best! I have to mention Karina! She runs the whole business. She is so personable, smart, and sweet. She takes care of you really well. She is part of why i always come back there. I highly recommend them ! Their prices are great too for contacts and glasses!

The Doctor is great. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for all your vision needs. They use only state of the art equipment, the lastest available. I received three pairs of glasses, absolutely beautiful plus the prices are unbeatable. They actually gave me hard protective cases at no addition cost!

This optometrist has the best price for contact lens exams in the Valley and LA! I know. I called around to A LOT of offices ? They have great deals on contacts too, even better than value wholesalers! Dr. Misheloff is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is amazing as well, so genuinely kind and patient! If you’re looking for an optometrist that will save you time, money, and peace of mind, please pick this one!

This optometrist was highly recommended to me by a friend. When I called today to inquire whether they accept my eye insurance plan, as it was not indicated on their website, the girl who answered took down all my information to include personal insurance ID numbers, etc. She said she would call me back. She never bothered to. Not even to tell me whether she even reached my insurance company to attain the info. After an hour I called to find out the answer. A different girl answered and said the girl I must have spoken to went home already. How unprofessional! She then asked if she could get my info all over again. I wasn't comfortable giving out personal ID numbers to begin with the first time. I'm not about to do it a second time. This optometrist lost my business. My eye insurance plan though Anthem is a very popular plan. The employees should be trained to know what insurance they accept. It's too bad the optometrist did not personally handle my call. First impressions in a business dealing with the public, make all the difference in the world when a company is looking to grow their business. The $500 I am alloted to spend through my eye insurance plan will now be spent now elsewhere.
